They should do a dyrl Tamashii event where you can order any DYRL scheme as a standalone valk and make strike parts a separate TWE item like three months later. That'd be bonkers.

I paid roughly $10 for Amazon shipping to the US via DHL.. that's pretty cheap! CDJ wanted more for SAL economy.

I love the markings on the Bandai. For me, this is like the toon accuracy debate among transformers fans. I would rather have a totally marked up toy than one that looks straight from a cell. I appreciate stickers being given as a compromise for people to only put the markings they prefer but since I don't do stickers, I'm in for everything being painted even if it's sometimes a bit extreme.

They like to post the lowest price at the most random hour and make about 10 available. it can be a long night waiting for them.

With CDJ, you can put a credit card on file and you won't pay in advance, only paypal pays in advance.

If Amazon keeps offering HMR I may have a new go-to place. It's 10yen cheaper with expedited shipping vs. the slowest shipping at CDJ (but CDJ then gives you 216 yen credit back making it essentially 206 yen cheaper). I'll probably cancel my CDJ order.

Did amiami send you a payment request and you never saw it so your orders got cancelled? I only have a couple preorders with amiami right now and it's for an item that doesn't seem like it will come out for a long time but now i'll be sure to check my spam folder occasionally (though the notices that it has been delayed are coming through). So my Jota Legioss is in PW waiting for the DX VF-1J to be released. In the meantime, CDJapan is still working on shipping my Ride Armor reissues. According to NY, the Dark Legioss is scheduled to be in stock until 12/30. Usually I pay those notices as soon as I get them but I just don't trust that ET is actually going to hit that target...

Given what they've done with pilots so far, I think it's very likely a TV VF-1S release would include both Hikaru and Roy... unless they go the Yamato route and do two releases, one without fast packs that just includes Roy and one with fast packs that just includes Hikaru....

A 3d printed lock for the backpack would also be in order so it doesn't flip open. Maybe something like yamato's connector under the backpack. -
Man, I have to start ordering from Amazon.jp, my retailers seem to keep getting slower and slower.

It makes sense as repaints are super cheap and there's a good likelihood that people who ordered two would order three or more.

I suspect there will be several available at launch. If I was riding the fence right now I'd risk it and hope to grab one on the 29th.
