  1. You know, I just noticed and I'm not sure if somebody already commented on this already, but the SV-51 knees are backwards when in GERWALK compared to when in Battroid mode. It makes sense because of those kneecaps/guard, but this means the legs are rotated for battroid-transformation.
  2. That is soooooooooo f'ing SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!! Wonder when Nora's and Shin's VF-0D will get the go-ahead from Yamato.
  3. treatment

    VF-1S Hikaru

Uhhh, why is this again? btw, who the heck is "Hirkaru"?
  4. Ime and depending where you live in the US, it's usually between two weeks to a month.
  5. ok, here're some 1/60 yf-19 gerwalk-lovin :
  6. Got mine today, too. He's frickin' sweet!!!!!!!!11111
  7. The news-corp owns the Valk, not Hibiki. Hibiki's also a trained and licensed valk-pilot. It's been a long while , but as far as I can remember, I believe the antique SDF-1 was operated using a program-disc. Even then, it can only barely hover and do a limited alpha-shot. Try to watch it again since of all things, M-II actually had a pretty believable reasons for the things and stuff they were doing despite being only limited to 6-eps. The question that needs to be asked about M-II was how the heck did the SDF-1 bridge survived the attack. I think the theme for M7 is to have mechas with boobies and faces.
  8. fyi. Gunbuster-R1 site is live. with trailer and stuff. http://www.bandaivisual.us/gunbuster/
  9. I got mine at Wallymart. with the 3d lenticular-card thingy. for $12, iirc. with the iron-on autobot shirt-transfer exclusive. would've been alot better if it was an iron-on decepticon shirt-transfer. dunno the other exclusives from other stores, tho.
  10. In the DYRL-scene after Misa just got done berating him and the Skull team entered to tease him, Max called Hikaru "sempai". Therefore he was second-in-command behind Roy rank-wise.
  11. I thought I posted my Classics-SS pics. Anyway, here: I didn't buy AstroTrain-Classics nor HotRod-Classics since they're quite boring to me.
  12. Amazon.jp has a cheaper listing for it: http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/switch-language...anguage=en%5FJP My final charge came up to at least a cheaper $260 from it. Yeah. It's a bit steep on msrp and still not-so-cheap from AmJ. But I think it'll be worth it. At least for me.
  13. LET'S BOLT IN!!!! dunno if it's been posted before, but here: http://www.toei-video.co.jp/DVD/sp21/voltesv.html w00t! w00t! w00t! w00t!
  14. fyi. The Classics and 20th-Anniv Reissue were all at the Walmart here today. At walmart-prices, I bought Megs, StarScream and Bumblebee. I passed on AstroTrain (meh), Prime (too tiny) and Rodimus (too generic). For $10, SS is definitely kewl! He's got knees, for $diety$'s sake! Now to wait for the other Seekers. --- Megatron-Classics, with the other toy he was inspired from : Alt Redneck-Prime vs Nerf-Megatron Classics (they actually scale against each other nicely): for $20, I only wish Nerf-Megs got articulated-fingers and rotating wrist. And nerf-bullets. Otherwise, he's pretty kewl. Not owning the MP-03, yet, here's my current Decepticon leadership: and of course, Bumblebee:
  15. Exactly. The $12.99 and $24.99 prices on 'em at Fry's was a little too steep considering not all of them are that worthy. If I can't wait on Walmart or Target prices, I might just get Starscream and Megs.
  16. off-topic re: Prime When I felt it, the chest was die-cast, at least. Fwiw, the re-issue 20th-Anniv Hasbro-Prime has more flatter/duller colors that it seems like it's all plastic. The blue-gun doesn't help, either. It really is boring in colors and stuff compared to the first-issue. /off-topic. on-topic: I kinda like the MP-03, but I'm still quite iffy on the colors. I'll just wait for the Hasbro-version.
  17. I saw 'em today at Fry's. AstroTrain, Bumblebee, Megatron, Prime, Starscream, Rodimus. The Hasbro reissue of Prime-20th with the blue-gun was also at Fry's today. I didn't buy any, tho. I'm currently broke. ;
  18. I think you're just being ridiculous about the ridiculousness and stuff of the VF-1 1/60. fwiw, you could've saved yourself the money and whining by just reading the 1/60 pictures-reviews that were written back when the 1/60s were first coming out at both here at MW and at MacrossNexus. Oh, yeah. Yammie did found a way to transform their valks without having to take off the legs. It's called the Yamato 1/48 Valkyries.
  19. iirc, the TRU-version came out separately alongside the Hikaru-1A. Possibly even earlier than the Hik-1A since it was an exclusive.
  20. heh! I spotted and got the Dodge Redneck-Prime at our Walmart here in DiegoTown day before Labor Day for $20, iirc. Haven't bothered to take pics, but he's actually not that bad nor floppy as the previous pics shows him up. And yeah. There were also about four Mirage's and three Jazz/Meister's. But that was weeks ago from today, so they're most likely gone.
  21. Hikaru-1A was 2001 Focker-1S was 2001 Max-1A was 2002 source: http://macross.anime.net/production/models.../vf1/index.html
