    Has any site taken the place the Gundam Project yet? I looking to find a good general information site (like Macross compedium). I've seen Wikipedia but don't like it.

    I moved the topic here. I still need to buy a new scanner. I might be able to scan a requested pic or two. Books aren't too hard to find keep your eyes out on ebay and the for sale topics here.

    I agree about the size of the book. 8x11 just opens easier across your lap or table. Why buy the smaller Manga edition and then 6 months later or buy the other version. Either you'll buy the smaller one or wait. Plus doesn't 8X11 scan better?

    There were three and all were released in one volume in 2004 by Stone Bridge Press (www.stonebridge.com) retails at $14.95, 470+ pages.

    Well I listed to the that Robotech online radio show. Do you think that Palladium can bring the goods? I have doubts. Palladium wasn't the first RPG I played but the first one I started to collect. They placed so much focus on Rifts and could/wouldn't do another books that it gave me pently of time to explore the larger market. I found a lot different (often better) games. Sounds like HG is willing to give them plenty of support. I do think Palladium will give this book priorty. It will be released. No doubt about that but will I be inspired and amazed by it? The old Robotech line looked offical but the rules never felt like the anime too me.

    I guess would be the place to post this instead of starting a new thread. I just finished reading Tomino's Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 novel. I knew the all the spoilers before hand but I enjoyed it none the less. Any one read this book? If not I recommend that you do.

    So it is tonight? I got go to work early tommorrow. Man first maybe the big screen. Then straight to DVD but the Sci-fi channel? I guess that means the violence + T&A will be removed. Will Feedback appear?

    I finally had to switch Kamiles final level to easy to beat it. Stupid Char kept going after Haman and died.

    Yeah it's a long wait but 2009 is when the first series takes place so it does have meaning.

    Well that is pretty all he can say on the issue. Yes HG does own RT. A big vague but true statement. I did come to a conclusion. It is pretty much impossible that it will be a trilogy that follows the cartoon. Think about it. If Tobey plays Rick Hunter in the 1st film what happens in the sequel? In the second film the entire cast is replaced. The new lead Dana Sterling is female and is suppose to be the daughter of bit part from the 1st film? People will be thinking the sequels have to be bad cause Tobey wasn't in them.

    I think I'll take this time to remind people of the "Rift" movie. A property from Palladium Books that Jerry Bruckheimer got the rights for. That was about a couple of years ago. Getting the right to do a movie doesn't mean a movie will actually happen. This just the first step it may take years before it ever reaches production.

    For those that care. A new edition of Mekton is in the works under the nickname "M Zero Project". Sounds like it is in the early stages but the combat damage system option known as the Cinematic System from the Mekton Z Tactical Display will be the base for the new core combat system.

    Okay I think we all owe Tobey an apology. Don't you get it? Tobey had to have posted here years ago under another name. He started a "Cast a Live action Macross topic." You made a few cracks and us mods said, we don't do these sort of topics here. Upset at us Tobey went to get the rights for a live Action Robotech movie out of spite. Now look at us. Here are talking all about the possiblity of a Robotech Movie. Tobey is having his revenge.

    I have about 10 hours maybe. Finished Char & Amuro. Currently on Camille at the second visit to Gytpros (sp?) 2. Medium setting. I get about 30 minutes to a hour of play.

    I doubt the movie will be set in any establish saga of Robotech. If it is made it could be a new story. Aliens, transforming robots and the name Robotech is all it needs.

    Just because it is Robotech doesn't mean they be flying Vertiechs and Tobey will Rick. He could be Scott on a cyclone. Tobey was in a hit franchise. All the mega hit properties from the 80s have been bought up. Natural others like Tobey wants to get a piece of the action. Robotech wasn't grabbed yet. If they actual do make this I could see it as the end of Robotech that we know. The Robotech cartoon saga and Shadow Chronics of Riddick will be pushed aside and ingored. HG will likely put all the focus on Tobey's Robotech.

    Wow is this real? Well Tobey is old enough to be a old time Robotech fan. Spiderman = Success. Transformers = Success. Spiderman + Transformers = Super Sucking Ass Success that should make money!
