95% sure a member on here came up with that about 5.5 billion years ago. OK, probably not that long ago but that's how it feels sometimes. In all seriousness, I definitely remember seeing that on these forums sometime around Mac0 coming out, so 2002-3-ish? But I could be wrong.

The A-type must be canon because it showed up in Bandai's Macross Fighter Collection. It has a tan color and a G-type head.

Just got my couple boxes of Series 1 and have been playing with the ones I really wanted, the VF-0s. These things are great! Sure they're not perfect, but with a little superglue and a little coaxing, they're really not bad! I'll definitely be getting more.

The only two 1/48s I've owned are the two Low Vis models. I still have the LV2 with FAST Packs and Woodland Camo armor. And I agree with you 100% on everything you've said. If they ever make the LV2 and Woodland Camo armor in the 1/60 V2, the 1/48 is going on eBay. I'm tempted to sell it even now just 'cause it takes up so much space.

There will probably be a V2 release of the DXs. If anyone is good at milking properties with slight variations of the same basic thing *cough Gundam*, it's Bandai.

I just prefer the styling of the VF-0A to the VF-0S or even the VF-1 in some ways. I've always been a sucker for A-type heads, but the -0A's head is a work of art IMO. The whole plane just looks and feels more "real" than the VF-1.

I thought Turn A Gundam was "technically" canon to UC. At least that's what I've gathered from some canon UC timelines I've read. -
It was an exclusive on which the ship has sailed. Try emailing Tokyohunter (http://tokyohunter.blogspot.com/) or someone like Save here on the boards who's good at tracking down stuff like that. IIRC, they won't be that cheap.

There's lots of extra detailing to make it similar to the VF-X, all the extra vents and things. The color scheme is FANTASTIC, and the included -1A head immediately puts it in to HOLY MOTHER OF WANT!!!

Yep, I love my M9s and all my RDs. The Macross ones are pretty darned good, too, and the UC Gundam ones are shaping up very nicely.
