Yamato VF-1 Virgin Road... Did it ever come with a gunpod strap

The V2 did not come with gun straps. Those were custom pieces made and sold here. -
So maybe we’re seeing the color Bandai has chosen for a possible upcoming release of Kakyzaky in DX form.

I have a few extra VF-17, and one is for a T version but haven’t gotten to to it…yet. -

Not much of a pose, but I find the 1/48 Yamato can double as a flight stand for the Tiny Sessions figures.

Finally arrived. Looks promising and I hope all goes well when I pull it from the box. I just placed the Tiny Sessions there as a precursor pic for upcoming Father’s Day. Happy Mother’s Day all!

Arad has landed, but I have yet to take any pics. Such a neat line.

I would only buy this if it came with a giant tuna with removable head.

If you also have all the YF-19 Bandai 1/65 It would be great for the group shot. Sure they’re not the same scale but close enough for an amazing shot of new and old. Might as well include the metallized version if you have them. Just a thought. -

Sounds plausible. But only way to be sure is to check casting marks on the parts to compare. -

So now this is quite peculiar. Why would they have the Bandai head laser? More questions arise. -

Not at all stupid. Always good to ask questions. you would find it here. problem with this method is that you will find a lot of used 1/100 missing this pin. It’s in there with pressure and the force of spring works the pin out over time. -

IIRC, the spring is used in the hips in conjunction with the pin. It’s meant to keep the hips close to the body so the nubs click into either side of the cockpit. -

Well that there then bring on a new question, for me at least. Was this the Takatoku mold or the updated Bandai mold as that always came with a GU-11. I am looking for the head laser but can’t find it, or a shoulder. Nevermind. This is the Takatoku mold for sure. The eye sensor is complete and attached to one side of the the head. The Bandai version is split down the middle. -

Can’t tell for sure if they are decals or stickers.
