got mine today, and they sorta suck. too fiddly/small unfortunatly, and not perfect transform. but i do like how orguss orgroid mode looks. Too much like the banpresto 3 mode valks...

couldnt resist getting a second garland while it was on sale, so can customise into the new colour scheme perhaps =) and grab a microman figure to custom into a rider like they did in teh proto shots

Hm, I emailed Garner, didn't get an actual reply, hit the 'send again' button, and he replied saying 'I have sent it out, have a great weekend' so it was heaps good! It arrived super quick to, being in Australia was even more impressed! Im thinking that jenius hit the nail on the head, in that he prob had several requests, but definatly a nice bloke who will look after you =) (still amazed at the shipping box size.I guess they buy them in bulk! but did anyone else notice, the shipping only cost just under $3USD! )

Yeh, that set has the show and some artwork, bit on the expensive side for what it is, IMO, but was really hoping that there will be a release that doesn't seem to have the same probs as the first ones hey =/ Just the red garland, with the extra figure would be nice, but improved for play ! =) hopefully someone will recast something gerwalk25, it would be a big seller for sure, which is the ultimatly sad part about it ! fingers crossed that some news comes that says 'heres the good, non-breakable from just looking at it ' version

Just was trying to find any threads relevant, but couldn't see anything new telling if Yamato have implemented better shoulder designs to stop breakage, or other improvements Im really wanting one but have been turned off getting any of the first editions any info appreciated !

After owning/building the Imai model of this, I am hopeful that they make some key areas from diecast/metal, namely the swingbars for the wheel attachements, and hopefully a mechanism that holds the wheels up better in soldier mode, as on the model the handlebars hold it up, but not with much success as the wheels are too heavy sometimes and pull away from the handlebars. Im still looking forward to this. If they manage gakken durability with imai type proportions, i will be happy enough. I do hope i like it better than my legioss though =) I want a playable toy this time please ;-) bring em on !

That is beautiful work, its amazing how tight the paint job is that you have done! Do you pull it completely apart or into just modules to paint? Very nice indeed, I cant even see any paint rub after transformations wow
