    Nah, I don't know. I'm mostly an SDF guy. Haven't played the games or read a lot of the development other than what I know of Frontier. I saw that on a site and I thought it looked a lot like the 30 here.

    I don't argue that G1 isn't crap, though the movie is the best piece of Transformers media ever made. I do argue that watching robots turn into rats is stupid. Not just the concept, but the original beast toys were shellformers If you contend that G1 was only there to sell toys than you must contend that beast wars only existed to sell more toys as the G1 toys stopped selling and they had to do something else... and that something else was silly. Maybe it has a good story, but so does War and peace and I'm not gonna read that either. Though.. I think I read part of that... I'm here for Flash cars/planes and blocky robots. Or bust

    Took a quick phone/potato quality pic of Kaki checking things out. Love the tolerances and crisp joints on a brand new V2. Such a solid beautiful toy.

    You know, I didn't realize this until re-watching the cartoon version of the Dark Knight Returns again, (which I think is the best Batman movie ever made by the way) but when the Mutant leader almost kills Batman in the landfill/mud pit, he's using a crowbar. And that's right when Carrie shows up to save him. I must have read the comic100 times and never got this symbolism! They mention Jason in the comic/film several times in reference to his death and how Batman deals with it.     Which just strengthens my point. Why buy toys made for kids? I collect things that are made for adults because I want a nice product that I can display and really enjoy as an person with an older mind. But yeah 3rd parties do have budgets. They aren't making it for free. They have to stay in business. You act like it's a free-for-all and they are putting light-up gimmicks and using titanium. The truth is that Hasbro cuts corners to maximize profits to sell to children. As it should be I guess, more so than 3rd parties go buck wild. They have more passion and less restrictions. I don't understand buying little pieces for $20 bucks over and over when you can have quality for $100-150. Idk if it's impulse control or what.
