Yeah, I found the extra mission, but forgot to write about it. I'm curious as well about the ejections and such. I'm hoping that the disclaimer at the beginning about how the actual game may differ is simply an indicator that not all features are included in the demo. It does rock, though. I'm excited.

The Trailer for Batman Begins is OUT!

I find that aspect oddly intruiging. It makes it look a tad more like an illustration. I was never one for "flighty" capes on Batman. -

Well, we can always disagree (even though you are wrong ). Yes, Jeff Goldblum's delivery is like that a lot, but would that be any worse than Jack Nicholson's slow-as-hell delivery? (insert "devilish grin) "Iiiiii aaaammm the Joe-kerrr*." Dafoe would've been nice, too. But Nicholson? I'm sorry, but The Joker isn't a Weeble-Wobble. *for the best, and most humorous Jack impressions ever, see early Christian Slater (even though he wasn't joking) -
75% pure. Hooray. I was torn about the "only watching specific genres" question. Although I do usually go for mecha anime (leaning towards more realistic, I hate that super-robot crap with a passion), I have ventured outside of the box occassionally.

To each his own. I think Jack's Joker sucked. The Joker is a tall lanky guy. Jack was short and fat. The Joker is sinister, yet humorous. Jack just kept trying to his devilish eyebrow arch. Who, IMHO, would've made a better joker? Jeff Goldblum. But that's just me. Batman One word: Boring. I'll be the first to admit that Tim Burton is a great director, but he's much better when he's out of the mainstream (see: Planet of the Apes). This movie blew chunks out of my ass and left me wanting. Batman Returns I didn't think anything could be more boring than the first movie, but this took the cake. This movie marks one of the first and only times I ever fell asleep at the theater. The Penguin (although very well acted by Danny DeVito) was poorly thought out. That and the Emperor Penguins taking his body away at the end made me seriously think that this could be the worst big budget movie ever made. The movie's one redeeming quality: A young and hot Michele Pfiefer in full body catsuit. Me-ow. Batman Forever Ahhh... Joel Schumacher takes the helm and actually makes this franchise WORSE than it originally was, even while making some redeeming decisions. Robin- Good. We needed to have Robin somewhere, but thank goodness they didn't make him totally gay like we all know and love/loath him. The Riddler- Could have been good if they didn't let Jim Carrey do his off the wall schtick. I love Jim Carrey, but his portrayal of The Riddler was too overwhelming. Leading us to... Two Face/Harvey Dent- Where's the Colt45 Man?!? Tommy Lee Jones had to waaaay overact just to be noticed behind Jim Carrey, and the role suffered for it. The bad stuff? Mr. Schumacher begins to display his mis-placed obsession with 80's neon. Ugh... p.s.- Nipples? On the Batsuit? Good lord... Batman and Robin Lackluster film that even Mia, The Gubanah and the peds doc from ER couldn't save. Alicia Silverstone's inability to act screwed this one, as well. Joel Schumacher demonstrated his desire to single-handedly keep the neon-lighting business alive, and adds in dayglo body paint and convenient black lights to Gotham's ghetto thugs, giving us an even worse representation of street gangs than even The Warriors achieved (and I didn't think it was possible). ...and yet, the Batman franchise still pulls in money. Hmm... Here's to hoping that the decent superhero adaptations in the past few years like Spider-Man and... Umm... Well, just Spider-Man, inspires the new Batman film and, for the first time, brings quality film-making to the franchise. BATMAN BEGINS... (tagline: ...AGAIN. Because yes, all of the others DO suck.) -
The Macross Compendium is a fountain of knowledge. HERE is the info on the VF-22. It should help.

What UN Spacy ships are these?

Ditto. I like your rendition, but the nose should be more blunt and less swept back, like the original Oberths. -
Ouch, dim down the lightning!!! I like the concept but the lightning in the background is too distracting.

FFX-2 = Bad. Why? No Lulu.
-
Normally, yes. But the one chick in the movie with the veil on looks goofy, too. The dark haired girl with the shirt skirt isn't too bad, though...
-
What's Square's problem with making likeable main characters? The design is horrible (the upturned nose, the fact that he looks more gay than Tidus in FFX). It'll probably be a good game, but I don't really care for the character designs.

I think the numbers on the models were done on a whim by the model company.
-
Godzilla- Making it his personal mission to keep Yamato's international trade alive. I guess it all means what you mean by "perfect transformation". If you mean no parts-swapping, then the Yammie 1/48, Bandai 1/55 and the other forementioned toys are what you're looking for. But if you mean "perfect" like how it's actually drawn and designed to transform... Doesn't exist. Although it would be cool if it did!

That would be great. I'm also hoping to get any visual images in the user's manual as well, but this would help, too!

Why don't Valks have beam sabres
the white drew carey replied to jwinges's topic in Movies and TV Series
I'd like to add in that in Gundam, a TOW missile is a very bad idea, since you have to visually guide the missile towards it's target, you cant really pay attention to anything else around you. Sure, Tanks fight from 3-4km out, but a MS can cover that same distance much, much faster than a tank. Like Mr March said: Different strokes for different blokes. -

Damn, I'm too slow. What Keith said. -
Mods- Could you please leave this one up for a bit so it graners some attention. The original post is in the Games Forum, but that's the least visited on the main forums. Thanks. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?act=ST&f=6&t=7604

I was curious if anyone has a copy of the Macross: Eternal Love Song user's manual which they can scan and send to me. I'm looking for as much source material as possible to help me with the graphics for Roycommi's Macross ELS Flash Update. Thank-you in advance.

Still job-hunting. So I haven't been working on this... I was thinking of redoing many of the icons I've got finished already. I've just got a lot on my plate right now. One question- I've figured out how to make basic animations with ImageReady (see my avatar), would these types of .gif files be OK for the valk icon transformation? Would they also work for the cutscenes? I'm going to start a new thread asking for complete scans of the ELS users manual. I'll feel more confident with what I'm doing if I have that.

There's a semi-SD drawing of Skull001 with a blue beam saber in Perfect Memory... I can't scan it right now because my wife is making me come to bed with her... (oops, I mean ) -
