No, that's right, but that video is years old (the last time I made someone watch it was over Christmas '05), way for that site to be on the ball!!! The reason you probably can't find Warmaker's original link is because it's back from April. You may have to look through the archives... -

Cool stuff, a little bit of inconsistency due to re-used footage. When Adama's flying over the top of the Columbia, you can clearly see the ship's crest had a blue ring around it (instead of the red for Galactica). Yet in a later shot, which IS re-used footage, the crest is red. -
The PlayStation 3 Thread 80GB Edition

I thought that the PS3 is technically region-free, but that developers were still able to implement region coding onto their discs thereby controlling which games will play based on which region the unit retailed in. -
The PlayStation 3 Thread 80GB Edition

While I have to agree with Keith that MGS1 and 2 helped boost sales of their respective systems, I doubt that packaging a demo with a system will be very beneficial. The BIGGEST problem with PS3 right now is the delay in games that people want. So many games keep getting pushed back that most of the "must-haves" aren't even going to be out until 2008, well after the launch of the system. Most launch games have been big and stuff, but PS-loyalists don't care too much about new wannabe franchises, they want to see how the classics are going to play/look/feel on the new powerful system. And, as menioned above, the classic franchises are taking way too long to get here. -
No worries. I have Units 1, 2 and Zero, yet I still plan on getting the movie version if/when it comes out.

IIRC- Revoltech is coming out with a "Patlabor: The Movie" version of the Alphonse, with all the bells and whistles (leg opens, collarbone lights open and close).

New Star Trek Movie In 2009..

Why is it that everything on ytmnd runs likes crap? -
Well, they kind of lock in, or else springs or something would shoot them out, but that's about right. Only the PS2 Macross game, which rocks.

Yeah, but you want to stay true to character. Misa was a military kid and a hard-nosed officer as well. Most probably, she would instinctively flash a proper salute even if she was trying to be casual.

You know, I'm not an audio snob (being partially deaf most of my life until 3 surgeries in the past 3 years fixed that will do that to ya), but it's still fun to have surround sound. I purchased an Aiwa shelf system back in 2000 that has Dolby Digital, 5.1 surround and adjustable center, rear and subwoofer channels (subwoofer sold seperately), and I STILL have no desire to replace it. Given, my "home theatre" has never been in a living room larger than 12x16 feet, but it works just fine for me!!! So, you don't have to purchase a kick ass reciever just to get good sound. -
Those Patlabor kits look wrong.

I think that still photos don't do him justice. I dodn't see it either until I saw him in motion, and then it kind of fit. -

Woo-hoo! Just picked up the Titanium black and blue Viper MKII from my local target. They keep putting the Galactica stuff in with the Star Wars Titanium stuff. -

That IS intentional and is part of the Pegasus design. Good job calling something out for being correct. -
I have the slim PS2 and I just bought the Magic Key and Swap Magic set. http://www.modchip.com/ps2/magickeysorder.php They're easy to install/remove and work just fine.

Dude, at least two, if not all of those "images" a grabs from A Scanner Darkly run through photoshop filters. Heck, the two examples I provided come up on the same page of google image search. Man, your comic sucks.

Yeah, someone hyopthesized earlier that Tigh, Tyrol, etc. were replaced by the Final Five. Yet what's to say that there hasn't been a specific genetic code set to go off when certain criteria are met. A genetic code that is passed down from generation to generation? It's all frakked up. That's why I love this show. Myself, my wife, and the friend that we got into BSG are now totally involved in the friday dinner/viewing party so that we are all caught up for Season 4. It's awesome. Now if only my wife and our friend (a girl) would get naked. That would rock! -

After some drining, some friends and I discussed the possibility that the Cylons are a built in "release valve" for humanity when it gets too big and stagnates. So this really HAS all happened before. Colonies get too large, Cylons kick in and destroy most of humanity, "forcing" (aka- steering) a small remnant along a pre-set path to a new home. It's way out there, but it could work. -

Although you have to keep in mind that, since that wasn't used, they can easily switch tracks on which direction their going with the thirteenth colony. Hmmm... -

I'm glad you likey. So many questions, so many possibilities. Who knows? I will answer this, though: From what I heard, Paramount did offer to snatch up some rights for them to use the Hendrix cover of Watchtower, but the producers wanted to go with something new and unique. Hmmm...
