Ah Mesarion...When he first posted I-Justice on Ebay, it went for atleast $300 US. He does give me lots of good ideas for my kits... BEE-CRAFT is Junichi Akutsu. He's a designer for lots of Gunpla. He's been using the pseudonym BEE-CRAFT to do detailed drawings of many designs from Gundam and making them a a bit more, model friendly. He's even taken some of Katoki's redesigns and adapted them. He is one of the mecha designers in SEED.

Judging by kits released so far, I think Bandai is testing the waters with BEE-Craft entering into the 1/100s (And probably looking at BEE-Craft doing the redesigns of all Gunpla HG 1/144 and up). This could also account for why we haven't seen too many GSD kits. BEE-Craft is cleaning them all up from the original lineart (the lineart isn't the best for making models). They are also testing out their work in animation (Stargazer). I'm surprised we still haven't seen anything from Destiny Astray or Delta Astray yet. A 1/100 Gaia has a good chance (I remember there was talk about it but that was when I-Justice was still being looked into).

The Special Editions of GSD are coming. I and II have already aired on TV and III will air in October or November. II is out on R2 DVD August 25. IV will probably go straight to DVD (these are Japanese dates).

Everybody else is a CG robot. That is also Megatron...from the waist down. The thing at the top, hanging from the ceiling is the reference point for his head (for the actors). Incinerator (the helicopter) is Blackout. This was mentioned in the webcast that Blackout is a transport. I'm not really liking what I see. It's fine if they want them "real", but with all those exposed parts, they are entering the ugly zone. And they look flumsy with all those parts exposed.

Obviously the VW Beetle was just to small for them so they opted to change Bumblebee to a Camero. They are well aware that people are not happy with this. The same goes for Soundwave. In the original series, Soundwave was a tape deck. And he goes from a small object to this large Decepticon. The producers didn't want to deal with the mass shifting again so they patterned him after Frenzy. Eventually, as they went through the script, Soundwave became less and less Soundwave-like so they opted to remove him completely and stuck with Frenzy. From the webcast, they liked the idea of a scout for the Decepticons and Frenzy was small enough to fit that role so the Soundwave was dropped and Frenzy was permanently in.

This is why we have 2 flavors of lineart, the animated "clean" version and the "detailed" version which we see in close-ups and instances where the mechs are being repaired. Kawamori isn't being lazy, he's being nice to his animators. Imagine drawing panel lines for 50+ episodes...Thankfully, we have CG these days.

To each his own... Those green glowing thingies on the standard VF-19 are most likely sensors, not some fancy OTEC gizmos. They probably function as programmable buttons and/or sensors which read finger movement and translate that into more precise control in GERWALK or Battroid modes or whatever they may be programmed to do.

David Goyer spoke once when BB2 was still just talk-of-the-town that Harvey Dent would not be Two-face in this movie. So we are not expecting Two-Face to show. Harvey Dent? Yes. Two-Face? No (but don't discount the court room accident at the end of the movie).

What Ray meant was, "place the slider into position 52". The neck of the guitar stick is a mode-select where the slider unit is the selection-unit. Position 52 happens to be the option for using the missiles.
