  1. Maybe I should sell my VE-1. It's in excellent shape except I only have super armor and not the original armor. I wonder what it would sell for with that little swap.
  2. Bummer, I thought maybe some weren't bootlegs. Anyway, thanks for the info.
  3. I have four Macross 7 valkyries and I'm trying to figure out which are bootlegs and which are not. Also, is there a Macross toy price guide that's up to date? The MW toy section appears to be old, but I'm not sure.

    1/60 Gbp

Does anybody have pictures of the box that doesn't come with the valkyrie?
  5. I saw one once, but it was used. I've been to several different gamestops and that was the only one.
  6. Too bad. I actually forgot about all this and assumed that HG had backed off. They aren't even selling the MPC so much anymore, I don't understand why Yamato or Bandai would be cutting into their sales to the point where they'd have to be lame about it.
  7. I would be curious to know if it would hold a 1/55 Bandai, but isn't this a crime against nature? It does look neat, I just hope it isn't super expensive.
  8. Hey Rob, I sent payment, and I think you deleted me from the list on the first page.
  9. I dig all the customs that are being made, but this...this is amazing. I'm stunned. Too amazing for words.
  10. I'd like one, but I don't have a fat sack of money lying around. Plus then I'd have to buy the Millia as well. Oh well, I'm satisfied with 2 of each in 1/60. Close enough.
  11. If the 1/60 line was any indication, then they won't release the valk and armor separate. I really can't imagine getting it without the fast packs, but then again, I did that with the 1/55 reissue. Although, had Bandai offered the fast packs, I'm sure I would have bought them.
  12. Display stand if you want to count that as well.
  13. Time for a little update 1/72-10 1/60-22 1/48-5 And people say they ditched 1/60 after 1/48. Bah!
  14. Possibly, but for the 1/60 valks, I bought an awful lot just by browsing farther down than I would normally expect. Meaning, I bought several for 25-30 bucks. I don't know if that is still a trend, and that was only for the standard 1/60 VF-1, but still, that's a nice price compared to what they originally were or what the others are now. It's a good spot to start a collection.
  15. 1/72-10 1/60-21 1/48-3 and three on pre-order I love my Yammies
  16. I recall back in the day when those Takatokus were the only valkyries available, and they sure rocked. Granted, compared to a Yamato now, they don't look great, but they hold a lot of significance for anybody who collected before Yamato or even the Bandai reissuses came out. And, from a collector's standpoint, I can only buy so many Yamatos and Bandai reissues before I want something else. I have 48 reissues, and even though I have my Takatokus off to the side, they still represent a good portion of the collection. Besides, Bandai never released a new VE-1, VT-1, or strike, so from that standpoint, I think those valkyries are nicer than anything Yamato or new Bandai ever released. Besides, the box art kicks ass, where as the new ones are rather lacking. John
