I'm thinking the VF-17D and VF-19F will be Yamato's next shelf-warmers..... Buying only the fast packs is probably the smartest way to go on this.........I need to consider cancelling my pre-order of the fast pack set (although I do prefer the bundles) I'm thinking the Millia version will be a web-exclusive......

So is this technically Yamato's first ever pre-pre-order?

Proxy buyer in Japan..... But I think ff95gj is correct...you should be able to place an order from places like Rinkya or FromJapan.......only thing is....Yamato Online Shop says that they may modifiy orders based on availability....that may be why some shops have not started taking pre-orders.....When Bandai starts accepting orders for their web only stuff...seems every shop out there starts taking orders....so not sure why this Yamato pre-order offering is any different....other than the possibility of not being able to meet the final demand......... I was waiting for our local "group buy" go-to guys to set something up....but have not seen any posts from them........I'll probably want to get at least one more when/if they organize a group buy......... looks meaner now...more reptilian than amphibian!

I hope a "Document of Macross" for Flashback 2012 is next.....there was some great art that was part of the Macross exhibit that could be included....wonder if they will continue with editions for the rest of the Macross shows....

So it seems currently there is no limit to how many can be pre-ordered by any one "person".....we should start seeing these pop-up in the usual places soon.....however, a google translate of the Yamato Online Shop terms seems to say that your order amount may be modified at a later date for "limited edition" items....... I hope Yamato really does produce these based on how many orders they actually get.......certainly this approach seems different to how they probably handled production of the VF-X and Angelbird.....best to get your pre-order in now just to be safe.... Per HLJ email: If you don't make a decision by June 28, we will switch your orders to Private Warehouse handling, and you may decide later when and how to ship individual items. Did you make sure you select the "ship now" option...otherwise if no selection is made, it defaults to "Private Warehousing"...where your items sit patiently for 2 months before automatically being shipped out.... I prefer the "Private Warehousing" option as I am in no rush and prefer to get more things bundled together.....

Anyone who ordered from YesAsia receive it yet? I think I made the mistake of selecting their "free" shipping.....so it is flying blind!!! Hopefully some postal worker somewhere in route won't decide to treat themselves to my VF-171... ...and another is "grounded" waiting to sortie in the new HLJ "virtual" hangar.......waiting for the VF-0 and MtF Vol 4 books to come in.........
