This has actually just left my workbench: The Junchoon odk. - a 1995 garage kit from the Five Star Stories. -
Best Movie Badguy of all time?

Not only bad, but mean, too. -
If we are already venturing into non-Macross area: Considering the current ebay selling rates of the makeshift miniatures, a model of the Prawn Exo Suit from "District 9" would be both awesome and profitable.

Nice to see some progress here. 1/72 I hope?

IMO the new pics show the same model from last year, so there's some faint hope that the final release will deal with the ovious issues like the bad fit of the canopy. Wave surprises me, in a bad way this time. They can produce wonderful IP kits like their 1/144 LED Mirage from The Five Star Stories, but this one is crap compared to what Bandai did in 1/100 in their EX line of aircraft kits from Yukikaze or Spacecruiser Yamato. edit: picture added

Bill the Butcher (Daniel Day-Lewis) from "Gangs of New York" The movie as a whole was not really convincing, but Daniel Day-Lewis totally was. -

You are right, of course, but nowadays these J-XX fakes making their rounds again as PAK-FAs Btw, this could be the origin of this rather popular scene; but the article doesn't give a source of the illustration and even states it's a full-scale mockup, in a weird way all the elements from the other pic are in the scene, but it's clearly a different perspective and a worse rendering/shop-job. edit: ok after further checking it seems the illustrations were originally made for a chinese magazine, and Mr. Coniglio didn't do his homework.

Even MORE remake madness.......

Don't forget "O fortuna" from the Carmina Burana. And the fancy armors. And the rotting knights. Awesomeness galore.
