    I would probably avoid Okini.land.

Doing a WHOIS lookup of this domain name (https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=okini.land), the fact that there is zero contact information there is NOT reassuring....

So I did a quick research on why the contact information is showing Redacted. I guess since the site is European and with the whole GDPR thing now, its not uncommon to see this. I tried other European websites and most of them had redacted information too.  I tried Visiteurope.com for example and it showed info that is redacted. I'm not an expert on these things and I'm really hoping Okini.land comes through for those that ordered the VF-1A.

If Okini Land ends up being reliable, they'll start selling out in a second just like every other store. Curious, though. Hopefully, this turns out to be a real thing for those who preordered there.

I hope so too. The info from @Shizuka the Cat and the eBay store from Europe does raise some red flags. Thanks anyway, @DYRL VF-1S

I’m debating a second one from here. You can make a claim for PayPal up to 180 days so it would be in the window if the launch doesn’t get pushed.

    That’s what made me jump

the gun. At least I have PayPal. Thanks!!

I've never heard of this company before, but they've only opened shop since this year (2019).  But, they have a physical address and phone number in Japan.  I didn't take the time to search the inter-webs for feedback on them either.  But, the price is what it should be ($188 with EMS shipping).  Only downside is upfront payment.  Desperate measures may call for desperate times for those wanting to grab now.

    It’s a gamble. I’ll bite. Using PayPal.

I've got $293 in eBay bucks to spend by the end of this month.  What are the odds that POs will open up again somewhere for retail price before then.

    Hmmm... decisions, decisions...

Wow! Get me a Mospeada Yellow? :)

Huh, what do you think this means it the product page's Description?

Probably meant “low supply/ numbers” available for P.O. They call notifications  “agent”.

I would be curious to know too. What websites would you search for a Japanese Macross forum??

A toy reviewer in HK said none of his friends and him were able to secure a PO for the Max 1A. So it’s not just us American fans who got screwed this time.

What if there were like 100 pieces and the reason we didn't get one is because of an error. Then tomorrow we'll get an apology from Bandai execs. They'll give us a two minute head start during PO. LOL

1/35 isn't very large, that's the same as the Wave scale and the Wave looks pretty good also. Yamato was big at 1/24. My only threezero toy is the scopedog and I find their joint engineering rather dubious.

I was excited thinking it would be 1/24 but this will be a nice alternative to the 1/35 kits in terms of playability. I built the kits and the joints just gets too creaky.

AmiAmi has the YF-19 available for Pre-order. Better hurry and snag one while you can.

Thanks! Ordered one too. As of 0810 PST it's still available for PO.
