    Looking at the pictures more, the legs suffer from Frontier-itis...I like the Frontier Valks but this is supposed to be a 19. It's one of the few complaints I got so far aside from the general gappy-ness.

    Just watched the benscollectables review and I gotta say I'm impressed. Not enough to buy a UM since I'm not a fan but I think you guys who bought him are in for a treat. He's much better than that third party one with the hollow cab by far simply because it's not a friggin' hollow cab!

    Finally! A static standing pose without armor so we can take a good look at the proportions. No trickery with the dynamic poses That said, Battroid mode isn't as good as Arcadia's. Legs are a bit off (maybe long?). Anyway, this doesn't stop me from being in for two. It's a VF-19 Advance so it's different enough with the armor and markings for me to have in my collection.     Just saw these posted on Toyark myself and they look really cool. Oritoys is great and I love their Acid Rain line. Wish they weren't doing business with HG though.

    Nah. It's just blown out of proportion. Most people like it, love it, like it but it's not their favorite mode, or are indifferent to it. There are very few who hate it or dislike it. Most people fall into that first group.

    Mann explains the "Why not robots" thing by saying they aren't able to adapt and think off-the-cuff...improvise...that sort of stuff. Which is weird because of TARS...

    Just caught the IMAX showing here in SF (finally landed some good seats in the middle) and the visuals still blew me away. It was extra loud and I think I heard the dialogue easier my first time around in a regular theatre.

    Yeah, I loved the use of miniatures and practical effects in this movie. Just the right blend of real and CG for me.

    Yeah, I'm almost positive that is the Paypal fee. PA should learn not to take Paypal up front for preorders they can't fulfill.

    I need to see this a second time in iMax since I only saw the regular version. There's a part where TARS or CASE kind of gallops out of the exploding landing pod that I want to see again. Any scene where they show those two in dynamic motion or delivering lines is gold

    The green and orange bits are nice. I'm not digging the purple that goes with the scheme though. That trailer is awesome though!

    That sucks about PA. We can put them on the list of "Don't bother with preordered Bandai Valks" now. With all the Bandai Valks coming in next year this is bad news. I think one of my Ozmas came in today. Gotta check at the post office

    Yeah, that DVD release had atrocious colors. Rodimus was very pink.

    I paid up front for both of my Ozmas at the time (AE and CDJ). I don't mind paying up front if a store has a track record of getting me my stuff. I hope PA pulls through for you guys. I buy games and CDs from them...but never had any experience buying Valks from them.

    I'd request shipping on those HLJs as soon as they hit your PW. Don't wait around for something else to ship with your Ozma. HLJ is good but you never know...

    I thought it had something to do with the part placement on sprues..but someone mentioned the Alto has a black molded "anti-glare?" nose part. It's a mystery...

    I might be mistaken on that...I see a lot of Order Processing statuses Edit: I just want one more store I might luck out on future orders. Bandai's recent surprises are a blessing and a curse!

    Yeah those late orders aren't likely gonna get fulfilled. I'm exspecting the really early orders to get theirs though. Long shot as it may be...it may be nice to have one more avenue if you're one of the lucky early PA orders.

    I don't think all is lost with PA, since there are a few people who landed one. I'd just put them on the unlikely list if we have one of those.
