  1. I don't think they will end it. Episode 160 is equivalent to chapter 331 and 332. The manga is on chapter 370 and Naraku is still alive. If Romiko finishes the Manga in Volume 38, that would take the manga to chapter 378. Which means the last 7 anime episodes would have to cover 46 chapters at minimum. I think this sucks, I have watched all these episodes and they are not even going to end the series. F.
  2. I have a question, is this booster being designed with the Hasegawa fighter in mind or with the Hasegawa Strike/Super variant? F.
  3. I also recommend the HP-C (or the Hi-Line if you can afford it). I think it's easier to clean then the Paasche H and the Badger 200 (I own both) and I exclusively use enamels and lacquers. Wave markets an airbrush made by the same company as Iwata called the Super Airbrush Advance (next purchase). It is 12,160 yen at hobby search and features both an air adjustment valve and preset handle just like the HP-C Hi-Line. If these are too expensive then either the Iwata Eclipse CS ($105.00) or the Iwata Revolution CR (59.99) would be fine. What ever you get, make sure it has a gravity feed cup (it makes it easier to clean). F.
  4. All this proves is that we need a missle to replace the Aim-54C. F.
  5. Yeah, aren't Mr. Color paints great? Actually, you could probably only do this with lacquer, since they are self leveling. And also, lacquer paints are designed to be sanded and polished. It would be harder to do this with flat enamels and impossible with acrylics. F.
  6. Guys in silver suits always get all the girls in Japan. F.
  7. Sad part is, I really didn't want any Hikaru figure and I get three and I would have been happy with just one Minmay. Oh well, I guess that's what usually happens, you don't get what you really want. F.
  8. Well, I went down to their physical store today and got the last five. Scored this: 1 Hikaru (clear) 2 Hikaru (normal) 1 Minmay (clear) 1 Minmay (normal) Really happy about the two Minmays. F.
  9. It's real. I found the Covini in the June issue of EVO magazine (British magazine, better than anything we have here). Seems it debuted at the Frankfurt Auto show (I think that's what I remember reading, anyways, it was featured in a May auto show in Europe). F.
  10. I always thought it was strange seeing all the 6 wheel cars inside the Macross. Well, here is a real one for 2004. I guess by 2010 well be seeing a lot of these. http://www.coviniengineering.com/c6w/intro.htm
  11. Max is in first, third and eighth place (w/ Captain Max being #1). Sivil is tide for tenth and Sharon Apple is tide for 14th. Kanzaki and Global are last and tide for 30th. Milia has two spots in 10th place (Macross and Mayor version) It also says to vote and then add a funny comment. I'm voting for Sivil and my comment will be "because we can see her nipples". F.

    Paint Booth

You can buy inexpensive squirrel cage fans for you paint booth here: http://www.surpluscenter.com/electric.asp?...atname=electric F.
  13. Why not construct the circuit that comes with the Master Grade LED head replacement (the circuit uses a magnet to turn the LED on and off with no visible switch). The circuit very simple since there are only three components (IC, LED, Battery). The IC is called a Hall Effect Latch IC and costs from 1.50 to 3.00 a piece. Here is a link to a place that sells them. http://www.melexis.com/prod_webstore.asp and here is a link that shows how it works: http://www.melexis.com/relinfo_detail.asp?id=67 For most applications, I would recommend US3881, which is a low voltage (2.2 Volts) IC and sells for $2.07 listed here: http://www.melexis.com/prodmain.asp?Family=US3881 The circuit is pretty simple, you just connect the battery (watch battery with less than 3V) to Vin and Ground and the LED to Ground and Output.(see IC picture). If you use a battery with a larger voltage, just add a resitor (see below). F. Calculating resistor value An LED must have a resistor connected in series to limit the current through the LED, otherwise it will burn out almost instantly. The resistor value, R is given by: R = (VS - VL) / I VS = supply voltage VL = LED voltage (usually 2V, but 4V for blue and white LEDs) I = LED current (e.g. 20mA), this must be less than the maximum permitted
  14. If you paid him by sending him a check or money order and used the post office, it now falls under their jurisdiction and he can be charged with mail fraud. Here is the link: https://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud...udComplaint.htm Anyone who has paid and not received the items ordered should file separate complaints. The best thing about this approach is that mail fraud fall under international law and being a citizen of Japan does not provide him immunity. In fact, that may go against him since they are less tolerant of white collar crimes and they have stiffer penalties than in the US. I would at least use the threat of charging him with mail fraud to at least get your money or items. F.
  15. Hasegawa also makes 1/72 scale ground crew and they include vehicles. Two kits are available at Hobby Search: http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/plamo/index_e.asp?Bno=&Typ1_c=102 (look under Airplanes and Helecopters and then Accesories) Wouldn't that van look great with a UN Spacey Logo?
  16. Infusion recommends this 5.1 codec with max gain (whatever that is) here: http://www.anime-infusion.org/ac3filter.DW.Dolby2.exe I installed it and the sound level plays normal. F.
  17. Here is page 1 of the color sheet that shows more detail and color selection. Note: White numbers on black squares are the Mr. Color paint selection. F.
