Another point to bring up is that the entire "girls and guns" or "girls as heroes" concept is getting really old and ridiculous. I feel this way about live action and animated works, which is why I never bothered to watch Tomb-Raider, Charlie's Angels, Noir, Burst Angel, etc. -To quote a legendary pilot from a dubbed anime: "Fighting? Don't be ridiculous-a woman is for LOVE, not for fighting!"

Does anyone have their console vertically oriented? Unlike the PS2, any disc that you place on the 360's tray goes on the right-handed, outer-side of the tray when the console sits vertically; it's a little odd and I find myself having to reach around the tray to place the disc properly...Just a minor gripe...

Looks like a civil war to me. I've only played through the game twice (the game is so horribly designed it was unbearable for me), and had no idea what was going on. The fact that at some point you have to choose between 2 apparent sides supports my notion of a civil war.

I wouldn't say it's bad enough to call it a flaw or condemn the toy. When you take into consideration the improved, lower profile of the fighter mode in addition to the fast paks and mandatory gunpods, the toy is a marked improvement over the first incarnation. Fiddle with it and I'm sure you can minimize the arched back...

You know I didn't think of him as an 'eco guy-now all of those movies he came out with after his glory days make sense to me...

What I can't understand is why Segal would agree to a role that didn't prominently feature him and his matching ego. At the time of that movie, he was still rather popular so it's not as if he was hungry for screen time or anything...

Oh great. A story about some deck swabber on a doomed ship and some geisha girl cooking rice back home. This sounds so hot, I'm sure that movies like Mr. and Mrs. Smith will be blown away by the searing passion that exists in a story about a long-distance relationship...

The main difference there however, is that KOF will be an animated work. The characters will look like they're supposed to, the story will stay true to the KOF universe, and any hokiness can and will be written off as anime magic or influence. In regards to the DOA movie, I couldn't figure out what the inspiration or the direction for that pile is. I just......don't.....get it....

They need to have a running shoe version!

Well, there is word that retailers are getting shipments every week. It's just that places like 'EB and Gamestop have to use those weekly shipments to fulfill backlogged pre-orders. Your best bet would be checking out a retail store like Target, Best Buy or one of those types of places...

I haven't heard of the anime, but that story sounds really odd. The decision to make the main character a criminal at the start also seems odd to me. How is this deviant supposed to redeem himself? Guess we'll have to wait for A7 to post a review, or something...

What the heck could be taking so long? Haven't designed enough gold foil on the "forever-mint" boxes yet? Release the damn thing already...

I couldn't even sit through the trailer, as it was just too much for me to stomach. Considering that I haven't seen the entire trailer, I'm still not convinced that this isn't some sort of colossal joke from somewhere...
