  1. Nice episode again. I'm glad they let Athena . Why is there a two-week break for the next episode, does Sci-Fi have a special on next week?
  2. I still don't understand why Snake Eyes needs a mouth outline on hist mask. Would've looked nicer being streamlined like Storm Shadow's at least.
  3. I have the Protoculture edition. I think that it has a few extended scenes compared to the Legacy version. The scenes are also enhanced with better and sharper images. There tons of bonuses also included such as the Sentinels movie.
  4. Diggity! Frontier enemy toys, wow. And I was still waiting for the Cheyenne from Zero to be made into a kit.
  5. I'm digging the series. The music is nice and the mecha is interesting (nothing too new or fancy looking) since they resemble previous valks. The storyline has kept me interested in where they are going with the series, well kept pace so far. I'm hoping for some breakout episodes with more mecha action and fights like the original SDF: Macross. So far apart from the first ep. and ep. 4, the mecha fights have been few. Would like to see a big battle soon that takes a good portion of the air time. I don't want a recap of Macross Zero where the mecha action takes on about 20-25% of the screen time. I'd like a good 50/50 split between robots and drama in Macross.
  6. How many hours did you spend to finish the game? Did you focus on the main missions and not the side jobs?
  7. The last couple episodes were kind of moving at a timid pace for me but last night's show brought back the tension again.
  8. Lady J seems a lot better without the hat.
  9. Anyone know why they couldn't use the Roadblock character and had to use Heavy Duty instead? Were there naming rights for RB expired so they had to use HD? Was HD even in the 80s cartoon, I don't remember him at all. Also, here's a new pic of Breaker.
  10. Thanks for the scan, can't wait to see the VB-6 Monster show up.
  11. That's a pretty good scheme. Would look nice next to the Low Viz woodland camo I think.
  12. Just saw it, pretty good movie. The non-Iron Man scenes were pretty standard to me, but the IM action sequences were fun and exciting. Seeing IM in action against the terrorist as they're attacking families was my favorite scene. In comparison to the other previous Marvel movies, I say it's up there with Spider-Man, X2, and Hulk (I'm one of the few who liked Lee's version). I liked the comedy used that it didn't try and go overboard. My one nitpick of the movie is how Stane was able to pilot and knock IM around so easily after strapping on the Iron Monger suit for the first time without any training. Still, it's a comic book movie and it was fun. Now going to look forward to both the new Batman, Hulk, and Indy movies.
  13. Ack, after the good reviews here on MW I may have to go see this in theaters.
  14. Found the new wave in So. OC. The Mission Viejo Target had the new Snake Eyes with the butterfly knives, but that's it. The rest were the regular Scarlett/Hawk 2-packs. The new Hulk movie toys were out on the shelves today as well. They looked *blah* as well.
  15. Dude, Mokman....don't you ever stop!!!!!! I never knew those re-pro DYRL cels were limited to only 100 sets, that's good to know. It's pretty wild that YJ has a lot of Macross sketches popping up these days, if only I had disposable income again.
  16. Size and storage were the main reasons I sold off all my GI Joes and Star Wars from my childhood off a few years ago. Just too big for the vehicles to be placed anywhere. That's why I was glad the 3" Titanium line came out, then I could have a nice and heavy set of SW ships that doesn't take up a lot of space.
  17. I was actually looking into Cally hitting the airlock button herself with the baby in tow and that the teasers last week showing Torie doing it was just a ruse.
  18. Here's a link to Hiss Tank with the shots. So are they gonna give Wayans' Stalker's beret or what (n/m, just found out he's Ripcord and not Stalker)? I agree that it would have been nice for them to add color to the costumes. Not Transformers the Movie colors with flames and such but some military gray, green, browns. They're starting to look like a ninja military team than a government military team. I do hope that SS pop's a mack from under his Matrix coat.
  19. Maybe her suit is a "stealth suit" for a scene in the movie. It probably may change depending on the operation, more costumes in the film = more toy variations.
  20. Eck, those Wave 9s don't seem interesting to me except the BATs. Bazooka looks ok and that's just because I had the original as a kid. SS in black/gold looks kinda funky, would've preferred it in various shades of black like the different SEs.
  21. Really liked last night's episode. Missed a short section when Baltar was sent to that new ship with the women, what was up with them? Were they a religious cult or something?
  22. Not bad, good job. Better looking than the one I built which was a bit floppy in the joints. I might go back ot it and take it apart and repaint and tighten up the joints as well.
