what i dislike most about the 171 is that it has VF-171 all over it. no other macross valk advertises itself. i wonder why they did it with the 171.

I agree with Master of Macross. I like the 17S way better than the 171. the difference in price shows like night and day.

Finally got Shipping confirmation on my VF-17s. Funny how things work out, it appears i'll be getting my VF-17s and my VF-171 at around the same time. will be fun to compare the two.

it's in "Items Being processed for Shipping" status hasn't changed yet, i find it strange because usually when they deduct the amount, it usually ships right away, but it's just sitting there in that status.... i hope there is no inventory issue, i really want my VF-17s

Has anyone gotten shipping confirmation their recent orders yet? I placed order on monday afternoon, they took money yesterday, but no shipping confirmation, they usually ship alot faster from my previous experiences.

I couldn't help it, i got the VF-17s.... i'm so weak....

I've never had any issues, i've had my VF-0 on it for years, never had any problems, though since i just got the 25s, i'm not sure how it will last in the long run. most yamatos are molded in color, while the bandais are painted.

Ugh this is the last valk to have 1 of each type for my mac 7 set. the price on the VF-17S has kept me away from it, but this one costs even more....

I like the YF 19 more then the VF 19, as far as how they look, color, etc, but as a toy, the vf 19 blows the YF 19 away

Are you talking about how it looks over all? i picked up the max and Millia 22s and i must say i'm very dissapointed with them. they are a flopy mess compared to my yf 21 which was made years before.

You should totally get one if you can, i'm not a huge fan of the 19f, so i got the 19s EF. thing is like a rock. everything snaps together nicely, and it's not floppy at all.

I've had a Yf-19 for ages and finally bit the bullet and got the vf-19s. the changes are huge improvements over the previous version. nice solid toy. very happy.
