The coloring is the only thing that makes it look better, and that only goes so far with the "airbrush painting look", which typically looks out of place in anime-inspired drawings. How much make up does she have on for it to be seen through the tinted glass? They took a nice looking babe and whored her up with to much slurmty looking make up.
