    Another screening has just been added for Episode 2, due to what I can only presume is sheer demand. When I checked yesterday, scalpers were asking for 20,000yen per ticket.

    The lineup for this years annual Super Robot Spirits concert in April has been revealed and the artist line up on day two includes: Yoshiki 'Basara' Fukuyama Hiroko 'Ishtar' Kasahara and, flying in all the way from the US, Mari 'Minmay' Iijima! Given that this is the year of a new Macross series, could it be that we are going to get a few more Macross songs than usual this year?     Thanks for that Veef. As I've said many times, Kawamori has strongly hinted that Mirage is a 3rd generation Jenius. Hinted very strongly. Of course, there's also the possibility that he hasn't made up his mind or that, if it has no bearing on the plot, they may just never clarify, similar to Aegis Fokker. (Oh the fun conversations I've had trying to clarify THAT one ^^; )

    Please excuse me for going off topic for a sec here. I've heard quite a few ppl in this thread express some opinions on Delta, Well, its been almost 3 weeks since the Delta special aired. It seems like everyone has a lot of opinions so now it's time to RECORD THEM! Yes, i'm currently putting together that previously mentioned compilation podcast of fans reactions to Delta. The SpeakerPODcast Crew have had their say, so now it's YOUR turn! So far we have 3 submissions but need MORE! Think you can talk for 5 - 10 mins about Delta? Well, send us an audio recording! Please send your mp3's to speakerpod@gmail.com. If you are having any problems, drop us a line in the podcast thread or else PM me. Deadline for submissions is next Monday - January 26!     It hit No.1 in the anime category on iTunes on Dec 31 and No.7 overall. It also charted very high on Amazons digital music service. Ive heard it in shops but that's because said shops were promoting Delta.

    Yes. However tickets, which were drawn via ballot, are rare as hens teeth because applications were opened up to the public. Of the group of 20ppl I saw ep1 at the cinema with, so far only 1 has managed to secure a ticket. Good omen for Delta though.

    I'd expect them to be released earlier in Delta's run than the first Frontier Valks were. The situations between production, state of the franchise, the number of sponsors, etc, is very different this time around, as can be seen by the fact that they had toy prototypes for Delta half a year before the show even airs, and as we have discussed on multiple occasions on the podcast.
