Not big enough to fit the ego! I have it. The Satelizer mode leaves much to be desired. Dangard Ace mode needs more articulation too. A Bandai SOC sculptor would have done the Super Robot more justice though. You know not the majesty of the Dangard. Anime magic kept to a minimum when transforming and Leiji Matsumoto's only Super Robot show. Plus the ending music is all win.

At work but I think this should work(dirty workaround). Create a new user (dummy account) and make sure both accounts are set to not autologin. This way everytime you launch your PS3 you'll have to choose your user first and it shouldn't default to your game demo and it's irritating music. I don't know if there's any settings that let you change where you start on autologin.

Both my parents(70+) are the exact opposite of your mom. Think 12:00 flashing and you're about there. They can use all the basic functions(bare minimum basics- play stop rewind/ff) of a deck but ask them to navigate a menu system, forget it. Not going to happen. I spent a good 6hrs trying to get them to understand what "press the mouse button once/single click" before either they lost patience or I threw my hands in the air and gave up. Obviously they don't own a computer so DLC is out.

I agree it will be BD vs DLC next. What the BDA have to do is educate people on just how large the movies files are on BD and how long it would take to download that over the web. It's going to be awhile before instant gratification on demand HD content (1080 with at least 5.1 support) is available.

For me 3 things make the 80's show and any reimaging of it (ie. KR, Airwolf, A-Team, Magnum P.I, etc). 1) the loner characters/group (Michael Knight, Stringfellow Hawke, A-Team, Magnum) 2) the signature vehicle (suped up car, super helicopter, the Van, the Ferrari) 3) the theme music - plays during the pivotal point in the show They got 1 and 2 down. What this version lacked was.....the Knight Rider theme music. The moment you hear the theme music it pumps you up for the finaly. If they had the KR theme music during the car chase scene it would have felt like Knight Rider. Right now it feels like a generic bad spy show. Also there just doesn't seem to be a buddy buddy rapport between Michael and Kitt. That was always half the fun of KR. The other half was Hasslehoff hitting on the ladies when he was supposed to be doing spy stuff. This Michael Knight seems to bitter to be a ladies man.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not but on the chance that you aren't Toshiba does sell TV's. They just choose not to bundle them like Sony, Sharp, Panasonic...etc did. Could be because Toshiba was already bleeding red by subsidizing each HD DVD player sold.
