Probably couldn't mindwipe Sylar because they don't know how his powers work. For all they know it could be memory retention that allows him to duplicate others abilities. They should've done what HRG suggested. Kill him and get it over with. Characters in that episode: Claire - proves she's a Hero by tranqing an exploding Ted, taking a bullet for mom and "You want me to play dead? I'm not Mr. Muggles!" HRG - willing to sacrifice everything to save his baby girl. Sandra Bennet - finally stops acting like a ditz and acts like a mom. Lyle Bennet - why is he still alive? Matt - HRG's new partner? Ted - psycho boy! Thompson - HRG's superior Claude - was HRG's senior partner in the Company Haitian - is working for someone who is more important in Claire's life then HRG Mr. Nakamura - works/upper management in the Company Kid Hiro - likes his gameboy New "Hero" - is hot, works for the Company and is going to clean up HRG's mess

Not new to VF but I've barely played any VF since VF2-3 at the arcade and just touched on 4. Too busy playing DOA2, Soul Edge, Soul Calibur, Tekken....etc.

Told you not to miss it. Muhahahaha!! Gotta have SOME perks.

fLow is awesome. Dragged my PS3 and hooked it up to my friends 46 inch Aquos for VF5. We played about 2hrs of that....2hrs of 2player fLow and 2hrs of RoM. fLow is gorgeous with all the lighting effects. SixAxis controls does work very well for this game. I wish there was a save option though. VF5 was fun but we all sucked at it. Wolf vs Eileen was so unfair but so funny.

Woot! Heroes next episode, "Company Man" is really really good. It focuses on HRG and Claire. Claire proves she's a Hero in this episode. One of the good guys. Sulu, Claude, Ted, Matt, Thompson, the rest of the Bennet family appear too. Canada got Heroes one day early.

"something unexpected".....yeah. Looks like the FX budget is going to be used in tonights episode.

Transformers Super Thread 5

I'll take the clear rubber bands anyday. At least those can be reused and pretty much invisible when holding things together. Those crappy 1-use twist ties suck. -
It would.

If Yamato can't/won't make it but another company wanted to and did, I'd back them up. If Toynami made it and it was good I'd buy it.
-
Pretty. The only price I'd pay would be around the price of the original GBP armor. I want the Thunder Hummer fan armor more though.

I love that song!

Bout frakking time. I ain't paying scalper prices for the GX-06. Though I'll have to get the trainers since I want the command vehicle too.....

Or Canada. I'm entered. -
I definitely love the gimmicks in it.....but.... I know I would probably never get around to building it. My HGUC Dendrobium is still sitting pretty in its box all these years....I'll never sell it though. NEVER.

If you're not situated in the US and want the R0 box just call or email Kinokuniya NY and they'll happily sell you one. They're shipping me mine on Monday. Joy o joy. -
Nope, IN Canada. I know what I'm talking about. Look at where I'm from. Diamond released SOC Dancougar for less then $200cdn here and I got Gunbuster and the YF-19 for $220usd shipped/ea from Japan.
-
Where ever you're buying your toys you're getting shafted nice and deep. GX34 and YF-19 should only be about $220ea and Dancougars' is only $200cdn.

Jesus...it's longer then the Dendrobium?!

R2 is the 2004 Japanese release of the Gunbuster DVD Boxset. No subs. R0 is the exact same release as the above minus the R2 settings. R1 has changes to music. Not sure about cuts haven't opened my set yet. R1 is the only one with english subs. -
You buy in bulk. Not many of us want to buy that many of the same toy in multiples to get that lowered price. Take a look at all the sellers who sell single valks. eBay's got plenty at the $130 mark. Many of the retail sellers that advert in the sellers section sell at $130. In fact going to check their prices at their websites they range from $120 to $140 depending on where in the world they're located before shipping. Whoops found a new high. $180 from a highly regarded online toy store.

I'm done with pre-ordering Yamato's. As I've said I hate the oversized boxes. For $200 the YF-19 shouldn't have required any of the "fixes" that I had to do to get the shoulders, landing gear, and gun to sit right. Plus the toy is light on accessories. 1 gunpod and spare canards? WTH do I want with spare canards? I don't customize so I don't need those pieces. Fast Packs should've been included considering the price. 1/48's at ~$130? The price has gone up since it was first released and it's at, what the 10th version released now where the only colour change is a stripe? The price should be lowered or not increased at all since R&D is over and done with ages ago. Even if they did hire a custom painter to come up with new color schemes like the stealth and low vis2 the hiring cost of that painter is not going to add up to the cost of a R&D team. SV-51? I like it but I don't like it enough to drop down over $200. My price limit for toys is $200. If it's over $200 it better be the size of the transformer Fortress Maximus or it better be something that can make and serve me toasted bread in the morning.

No idea. BUT more info from Nyko marketing:
