    No Ray told Mylene she should chase after Basara. Just as she arrived Basara left the planet with a stolen VF-19P and Gamlin right after him going pass her. As of 2060 Mylene still has a music career.

    Luca's sibling has it worse. In the TV series he had an unseen older brother heading LAI. In the movies he had a older sister who was Leon's fiance. On another topic I think with the Aerial Knights "Rune" they can sense hostile intention thus have Newtype like ability. The Nome sisters had some precog ability of sensing hostile intention calling them Kadun. Maybe it is the same thing.

    Well it is the same planet where the Supervision Army was created. If the ice planet facilities were so advanced it is probably the only place with the right equipment to imprison the Protodevlin. The ice planet was so important that UN Forces HQ sent their own man Ivano Gyunther to investigate.

    Macross Delta's hero Valkyrie VF-31 is derived from the YF-30. The YF-30 is Macross 30's hero Valkyrie.

    There are only two known variable ground vehicles in Macross and those are the VGPV-07 Chiron Patroid and the tank-submersible Octos. The former is intended as a police unit dealing with civilian destroids. Macross 7 fleet had a number of converted Destroids. The later, Octos, is basically a four legged tank destroid that is a variable sub. The only reason I can see UN Forces or NUNS not using the Octos is that the VA-3 Invader has already filled its role of being both a submersible and a destroid.

    In Macross 30 Leon had to subdue Zentradi that suddenly went crazy and after they were knocked out they couldn't remember what happened to them after investigating the ruins. Turns out the planet had the eighth Evil Series that wasn't taken over by Protodevlin. Whatever faction created the Evil series planned to exploit the aggressiveness the Protoculture implanted on the Zentradi on the genetic level. Since the setting is the Outer Rim there are likely a bunch of former Protoculture settlements. It wouldn't surprise me if the Protoculture there decided to integrate with the sub-Proticulture races they created there. Maybe the Kingdom of Wind has beef with Humans being called the Protoculture or their inheritors as the Windermere may have blood ties with the Protoculture. Those hair appendages may be indication of Space-Time Resonance Ability as they've shown some sort of "New-Type" effect like Sara and Mao's premonitions. The Mayan people revere the Protoculcha as it is not merely culture but genetic memory programmed in their genes. Like in DYRL where Culture was a genetic memory for Zentradi.

    Since we got updated versions of the Glaug and Regult I wonder if we'll get one for the Nousjadeul-Ger. The last time we saw one was the Macross Plus OVA.

    Wait really? *Reads Macross Chronicle entry on Varauta fleet* Holy crap! The Varauta colony went with the Macross Cannon class defense approach instead of a defense grid. Not bothering with a transformable Macross. This is more feasible to the UN Forces HQ orders of killing Lost Zentradi fleets when Macross 7 encountered Chlore's fleet.

    On Macross Compendium search box type Chronology. My gut says either the Protodevlin seized the Varauta colony industrial manufacturing or the ice planet has factory facilities itself.

    The violence aspect is more in line with the effects of the Protodevlin or Evil Series on Zentradi.

    I wouldn't call the Varauta Army ships modified as they do not look like the Northampton class ships that were with the Varauta Research Fleet. The Varauta Army had some 500 ships compared to the 194 ships Macross 7 had. Where as the Elgerzorene was based on the Varauta version of the VF-14.

    I'm wondering has there been line art or illustration of Supervision Army ships shown in SDF Macross episode 31 other than the gunship?

    The whole underground doctor thing reminded me of Shinra in Durarara! . For a moment I thought the boy in the crowd Freyja was going through was a Zolan due to this blue and black tone hair but he did not have the signature ears. Another interesting background character is the girl with the fin ears that may be a female of Chuck's species.

    Thanks again Seiba Kaito. Zolans were a surprise. A third race joining the Humans and cultured Zentradi without shooting each other? Then comes Macross Delta that says after decades of making sure the Human race survives as a species they have been mingling with alien races. As in plural. We have two new races out there, the Windermerians and Chuck's race. Who knows how many more are out there that Humans made contact with. This is of course excluding Protodelvins, Vajra and Galactic Whales. Thinking about it the stipulation in the Galaxy Treaty not to invade alien inhabited planets are making sense. So is making the government not Earth centric and the seat of power. If these races chose to join the NUN for all the benefits and protection it gives in consideration Humans shouldn't be pushing Earth is in charge. Well Lactence didn't like that. Humans may be out numbered as these races likely didn't get their populations decimated.

    Most likely answer, Fold Quartz. One they need an emergency distress system a Fold Quartz communication system has zero time lag. The system has been around since VF-X2 with the Magic Flute communication system. The MacF LN confirms the Hyperspace Resonance Crystalline Lens is Fold Quartz. It is possible planets like the Frontier colony on the Vajra homeworld and the Ouroboros colony are exporting it. Plus did you notice the VF-31 is filled to the brim with Fold Quartz? Its predecessor the YF-30, Aisha Blanchett's personal pet project, was designed to break Fold Faults. Now the real question is how is the Var singer affecting multiple planets and fleets? The visual in the prologue the guy with the apple and bomb was on a Macross fleet. The purple stuff around the Var singer is likely Fold Quartz. But how is she affecting specific targets? Windermere apples may be a clue. The Walkure are also using something called Fold receptors which Delta squadron spread among the battlefield. Who is to say the Kingdom of Wind isn't also using Fold receptors contaminating food exports?

    Macross 7 Trash had a scandal rumor that the reason Max and Milia have a bad relationship is that Max had a bastard son. It was really a bunch of hogwash as Max said the reason he was sponsoring Shiba Mido is that his parent was a friend. So not his father.

    Thanks anyway. Anybody got an idea if the WonderSwan strategy game Macross True Love Song is considered canon in continuity or apocrypha? Cause I am surprised that it is set in 2043 with a VF-19 and VF-22 but Emigration ship Odin IV is a SDF-2 type.

    With Aegis we can possibly chalk it up to cloning or a clone descendant. As we saw such possibility with Flower Girl and Maruyama.

    I know we've seen a Zentradi garrison with all the new Glaug and Regults but I'm wondering if we'll ever see a Meltrandi one. Sporting variable suits such as the VBP-1/VA-110 Neo Glaug and a production version of the Queadluun Alma.

    Was Macross Galaxy involved with Manfred Brando, Critical Path Corporation and Lactence?
