Anyone know what difference is for the MG Freedom and Z Gundam extra finish compared to the normal MG? Will it be like metalic plating or something. Just curious as if it looks good may pick up the Freedom.

Actually Pilot seat became worse as the production went on. I think the crooked pilot seat started appearing first when the Max 1J came out. I have 3 Roys 3rd Issue and all of them have crooked pilot seats. As for the Skull on the tailfin for the 3rd Issue Roy, its slightly off but not that noticeable compared to the 1st Issue. I don't think anyone will notice it without close inspection. Also, from what I remember some members received 2nd Reissue Roys with the Velcro tabs. Probably the first few that went out.

Looks like CR Freedom is out. so far from pics the paint job seems much better than the Impulse. Definitely going to pick this up. Can't wait for the HCM Pro Destiny too.

Nice discount The other thing I noticed above the CF is the VF-1J. Is Yamato Re-Issuing it or is it existing stock? And it's even cheaper than the CF. 9998Yen before Japan Tax.

Yup they better. All three of my Roys 3rd Issue have crooked seats. But the worse was my Max 1J. I think I know who you bought from the Phillipines. Bought from him as well. One Box was okay. The other wasn't too good. He actually sells them cheaper in his stores than on EBay. So if you know someone in Phillipines better to ask them to buy and ship it to you then to buy online from him.

Even the GBP is not fully confirmed at the moment but a price of 8000 Yen was placed on it in one of the Hobby Shows.

The price sounds more like it being the 1/60 GBP. The 1/48 expected to retail at 8000 Yen (USD$70-80) and so far the only person taking pre-orders is Toy-Wave and expected release date is August. We are not 100% sure yet whether it's definetly coming out. But if it's legit, quickly go snatch all the seller's stock

That should be attached to the front landing wheel. It should be in there and shouldn't be loose in the box. It's a pain when Customs open your package as sometimes they damage or left something out from the box Best to buy from places that will declare under the value to avoid customs opening it. Welcome to VA too I started with just the idea of buying 2 1/60s and now ended up with 14 1/48s and 4 CF to come.

Can anyone translate the article to see whether it mentions anything about it being a Limited Edition? I was trying to match the characters from the other CF pics which says Hobby Show Limited Item but don't seem to see those characters there.

Somehow I don't think there will be two types of CF. I have mention in the CF post, so far I have seen the Japan online shops taking pre-orders as either LE or normal production. There's no single shop taking pre-orders for both types. As for a LV, it will have to be a significant difference from the LE not to piss off collectors. Maybe a slight variation in colour and prob no panel lines and weathering, but still I don't think that will please some collectors. If it does comes out yay for us. Maybe Yamato doesn't care if they piss off the customers as since they may be coming to an end to Macross

Nah I am pretty sure it won't sell out before released. Even if it's going to be a LE it's not one of those where it's like only 100 produce or something. The thing we should ask is how fast will it sell out once it comes out. This will depend on alot of circumstances. Like whether its a LE, size of production and demand. But still if you look hard you probably can pick one up after a few months being released. But the price then could be lower, higher or the same.
