  1. 1/48 = 4 (3 with Fast Packs) 1/60 = 6 Got all the 1/48 I want except maybe the Max & Milia but resisting it. Guess will stop buying anymore VF-1 and will wait for the VF-0 for now, which will give me a long break from buying any valks for a while since the earliest for a VF-0 is May and knowing Yamato, it might be delayed for a month or two or maybe even more.
  2. I will wait for someone to give a review on the VF-0 but knowing me, I will definetly get one at least. Everyone seems soo certain that yamato will release a larger scale but anything can happen (eg 1/100 sales were bad, Yamato ran into financial diffculty - knock on wood, don't want to Jinx Yamato, and etc) and there may be a slight chance that they won't release a larger scale. And if that the case, the prices of the 1/100 scale may sky rocket if there isn't much supply out there. To be safe and have at least a VF-0 I will definetly pick one up at least. Plus I don't think we will see a larger VF-0 anytime soon since the VF-0S is coming out about mid year and they will probably produce all those variants first and by the time they have done that a larger scale might only come out next year. Also, there is still 2 more episodes for Macross Zero where we may see new stuff that Yamato could produce.
  3. I am not to sure about that. From what I recalled some members were successful in ordering parts from HLJ and some were not. The funny thing about it as well is that I remembered some members did received an email informing them that HLJ was not able to order the parts they requested from Yamato, but after a while they received an email stating that the parts they ordered have been shipped.
  4. Hey reaper, try emailing HLJ politely about ur missing part. They may try to order those parts from Yamato for you. Last year I got a Super 1/60 Hikaru and the arm tabs were missing and HLJ replace it for me free of charge. Hope they will help you out. Thanks I did just what you said. I'm just worried that yamato isn't sending out replacement parts anymore. Seems like I heard something to that effect somewhere. How long did it take you to get your parts? About 3 weeks for HLJ to get the parts, and another 2 weeks for me to receive it. I was worried too when I emailed HLJ as I read from the boards that some people were not able to order parts from Yamato via HLJ. Good Luck with HLJ, hope you get your parts soon.

  6. Got 5 of them. Looks really great especially for the price I paid from the last HLJ sale. For me, I just use sticky tape to tighten the joints. Works pretty well so far. For those planning to get the fast packs ones, best to get the Strike versions as the arm armour is modified slightly compared to the super which helps them to stay on better.
  7. Please get your facts straight before insulting Kevin and I and the rest of the retailers here. As Kevin mentioned, we should be getting these in about a week or so. Milking the cow? Yeah, that's why we both have DAY JOBS so that we can pay our bills <_< I think Recon was probably referring to retailers in Singapore.

    HLJ Sale Again!!

Do you know if this is the biggest discount HLJ.com has given for the Yammie CF's? 60% does sound pretty sweet. From what I can remember 60% is the biggest discount HLJ has given for the CF. However, they had the Max and Hikaru at 70% just a while back ago.

    HLJ Sale Again!!

Woo hoo!! The Strike Banpresto are going at 70% off at HLJ. Just ordered 4 of them. And for those who wants another chance to get the 1/60 Yammie CF they are going at 60% off. Happy Shopping!!!
  10. My friend got them for me from Phillipines. I trust the shop there as he bought some 1/60 from them before and it came sealed. Everything is in the box and the valk looks brand new.
  11. Hi all, Just got my first 1/48 yesterday and the fast pack as well. Just wondering whether they normally come in a sealed box? Like for the 1/60, they were sealed by with sticky tape. As for my 1/48 (the low vis) nothing sealed the box at all. So basically someone could just open it, play with the Valk and put in back in the box and say its never been remove from the box. This goes the same for the Fast Pack. For those who got the 1/48 low vis or other valks, and the fast pack, please let me know. Just curious as I plan to get more 1/48 in the future. Thanks.

Just like to inform you all that HLJ are having some crazy sales. 70% off the Bandai VF-1S, Yamato 1/60 Max and Hikaru VF-1A and some of the Super Banprestos.

    Banpresto Valks

I added sticky tape to the ball joints and the joint at the backpack last night and it works so well that I purchased some more from HLJ. At 70% off its just too good to pass it.
  14. Hi Omni, Does your supplier happens to be Malvin from Greattoys. If so is he getting more Low Vis in and the Fast Pack? My friend is damn lazy, have been asking him to go get it for me from him since early Aug for the low vis. And also been recently asking to get for me the fast pack in the last couple of weeks.
