Haha doesn't bother much, I'm just in awe that the folks buying 6 for every release has so much display space.

Don't jam your tools in there lol, may scrap the edges. Here's a way to do it: Lift it up via the rear hole, it should rise up nice and easy.

Aircraft Super Thread Mk.VII
raptormesh replied to David Hingtgen's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
RIP to the lost and speedy recovery to the injured. Hope they find the missing ones asap. Thanks David, amazing. -
Yeah little kids would not have gotten quite a few of the references, and I felt that the jokes were stellar. All the adults that I know that watched it loved it to bits.

Yeah doesn't add to the discussion whatsover and is annoying. On the other hand lowViz was getting quite OOT.

Amazing! Nice work.

Well in the instruction booklet it was suggested that you use a pointed tool to lift the canopy up via small hole at the rear before you start angling.

Hell yes that would be a dream and a centerpiece.

Bandai 1/72 fully transform able VF-1 plastic kit for Macross 30th Ann
raptormesh replied to Vi-RS's topic in Model kits
The way the legs splay to the sides aft of the intake in battroid mode is all i could focus on... -
Infosys, I really do think that you should change your thread title and premise to "VF-1 Size based on 1/55 Valks a bit weird and not up for debate." Great work and effort with the 3D modelling but could you please be intellectually honest and admit that it is your opinion that the 1/55 is the ultimate representation of the VF-1 and start treating it as such? I mean, you're ignoring any suggestions that the 1/60 v2 may be more faithful to the subject material. Very puzzling.

A fantastic treat! I lost it in the cinemas at the beginning of the ending scene. Not many others got the reference...

The nose gear doors on my 171s are flexible and rubbery, that's ABS? Also if that's rubber must be a special kind as they sure don't feel like it to me. I know they are designed thin that way, just...don't feel fun popping the landing gears out. Don't get me wrong though some of the yammie gears require a tool to get them out but they somehow feel more substantial. The gear wells are larger and painted for example. Just a personal preference.

My SV-51 CF doesn't seem to bad, rolls back and forth without collapsing. Wish bandai would build theirs with more bulk, and rubber tires. The soft plastic nosegear covers in the frontier valks really put me off.

Wait, this is Arcadia not Bandai yes?

Just one for me as well. Not too keen on this mold.

Still up, doesn't seem like there's a limit this time.

Oops my bad didn't catch that you've got autism so am sorry for being a grumpy ass.

Arcadia's just telling bandai that they only bought the kit for the pretty pictars, as everything else is in the bin. It's a passive aggressive thing.

I think Mortal Kombat has a more coherent story than this. Either that or the trailer's just horribly done and sounds like a junior school lunchtime fanfic/scribble.

For all their flaws, binaltech is probably my favorite TF line but I display TFs in alt modes most of the time.- 17898 replies
