    watched latest episodes of Akame Ga Kill and Tokyo Ghoul back to back. bad idea as both are rather depressing. but both shows are definitely good and will keep on watching. cheered myself up with some GIrls und Panzer and Toaru Kagoku no Railgun specials. Tokyo ESP had a flashy first episode, but the animation quality now seems to be petering out. shame, as it has some awesome moments in the musical score department. the parodies are kinda amusing with a King Leonidas deadringer and what seems like a cross between Cable of X-Force and Heihachi Mishima. i'm sure i've missed a number of other nods. finished Brynhildr in the Darkness. it had several strong episodes but the overall story was not up to par. SAO II is definitely back in form.

    saw a couple of Sharkticon sets today. one by Unique Toys, the other one by iGear. any thoughts on which one is better?

    yup. big fan of GSC, but Koto ain't too shabby . for mandarake, i pick up the japanese terms either from myfigurecollection or myanimelist. had it in my cart some months ago but sorta dozed off while shopping for other items. when i woke up i realized i was cart-jacked.

    finally scored one when NY re-stocked. bit of a premium, but oh well.. i really thought i had pre-ordered it and was waiting and waiting for the payment request. no wonder it never came. with so much stuff on pre-order and wish lists, i could sure use an app to help keep track. even better if it's a chrome extension. have you guys heard of such a thing?
