  1. 3:56pm Pacific Time and it's still OPEN.
  2. Sad to say, I don't have photo but I did checked Jenius' anymoon site for reference. I'm assuming 1/55 Chunky stands around 24-25cm on the tip of the head laser. As for 1/55 Legioss, according to Jenius' photo there were three 1/55 scaled Legioss. I'm attaching here the photos for reference. Hope that helps for now until someone post an accurate 1/55 Chunky with Legioss with the proper 1/55 figure you're inquiring.
  3. You're welcome sir! By the way, I like the Electronic Warfare type. The bottom right one (2 small fins on the head). Are you going to add another layer of details on the cheeks like in the lineart? Anyways, good to see you're back and looking forward for you to post it on Shapeways.
  4. Hey Kurisama! Welcome back. I used Google Translate app on my phone. Not sure if it's 100% accurate so I included the romaji texts. From left to right, top to bottom: - Command control capacity enhancement type (Shiki kansei nōryoku kyōka-gata) - Aircraft laser machine gun x1 (Taikū rēzā kijū x1) - Survey fleet mounted type (Chōsa sendan tōsai-gata) - Aircraft laser gun x4 (S type) (Taikū rēzā kijū ×4 (S-gata)) - Electronic warfare type (Denshi-sen taiō-gata) - Unmanned target experiment machine (Mujin hyōteki jikken-ki)
  5. How many Fockers do you need, Spanner? Are you sure it's just one? Or three for all modes? Or better yet, how many VF-1's you really need?
  6. The film will open in Japan in winter 2017. Fumihiko Sori (live-action Ping Pong) is directing the film. On adapting the source material, Sori said, "I want to create a style that follows the original manga as much as possible. The cast is entirely Japanese, but the cultural background is Europe. However, it's a style that doesn't represent a specific race or country." Regarding the faithfulness of the adaptation, which has characters of non-Japanese ethnicity, the director said, "There will never be a scene in which a character says something that would identify him/her as Japanese." The film stars Ryōsuke Yamada (Hey! Say! JUMP member and live-action Assassination Classroom's Nagisa) as Edward Elric, Tsubasa Honda (live-action Blue Spring Ride's Futaba) (pictured top right in image to the right) as Winry Rockbell, and Dean Fujioka (live-action Happy Marriage!?) (pictured bottom left in image to the right) as Roy Mustang. Other cast members include: Fumiyo Kohinata as General Hakuro Ryuta Sato as Maes Hughes Misako Renbutsu as Riza Hawkeye Natsuna as Maria Ross Natsuki Harada as Gracia Hughes Yo Oizumi as Shou Tucker Jun Kunimura as Doctor Marco Yasuko Matsuyuki as Lust Kanata Hongou as Envy Shinji Uchiyama as Gluttony Kenjiro Ishimaru as Father Cornello http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2016-11-15/live-action-fullmetal-alchemist-film-teaser-shows-ryosuke-yamada-as-ed-and-cg-al/.108858

    Macross figures

  8. Where is the fun in that? Join the conversation guys instead of waiting for people to post preorder links and notifications. Or you can just stare on your favorite online Japanese stores for the PO button to show up again. Then you can post the links here.
  9. Yeah. I agree. These two lasted more than minutes. Compared to DX YF-19 Advance and the YF-30 Chronos.
  10. The only solution to compress every boxes, my friend, is to put all the accessories in a ziplock. File all the manuals and sticker sheets. Fold all the Yamato and Bandai DX boxes and throw away all the styro and plastic trays. Problem solved. More space once again.
  11. You're welcome.
  12. This is safe for Yamato doubles and VF-1's boxes. For Bandai DX... forget it. Hehehe.
  13. Thanks guys! I was just surprised to see something that is available on their site knowing that item is already sold out everywhere.
  14. http://macross.jp/delta/mechanic/
  15. Hahaha! Funny to know that I'm not the only one who has problems with boxes. I decided to dispose some double boxes. Don't want the wife to find out I have doubles of everything. Hahaha! j/k
  16. Anyone familiar with AnimePoko site? Did anyone purchased from them? Thanks!
  17. Ok. So here's HLJ's reply. And I'm just sharing this so that everyone knows in advance that if ever you receive crumbled or smashed boxes, make sure that the content is safe. And do note that there's no guarantee we will receive 'mint' boxes. I'm just glad that they reply fast and promptly. That's why I will still keep on using HLJ as much as possible. ----------------------------------------- Thanks for writing, and thanks for sending the photos; were sorry to see that one of your items arrived with some minor box damage. Of course, we do not ship any products that are damaged--when we pack the items, they are in the same excellent condition in which we received them from the manufacturer. However, due to the distance between us and most of our customers, and due to the many variables in international shipping, we cannot and do not guarantee arrival of mint-condition packaging on items. https://support.hlj.com/hc/en-us/articles/204318560 If the actual figure is damaged, we will try to replace the damaged parts or the figure, but as our web site says, we consider the box to be just that--a box, and as such a container for the item inside. Thank you very much for your understanding, and for shopping with HobbyLink Japan. -----------------------------------------

    Hi-Metal R

I asked about ToysBuddyHK before somewhere in this forum and someone on PM but I didn't get any replies on it. So if you would be so kind, can you tell us your experience with them once you receive your item? Would really appreciate it. Thanks. The future is always uncertain. But from the way this thing sells out during preorder time and after release, there's still chance that it will still continue. They've been displaying HM-R stuff during those previous Tamashii events, so yeah, it will continue for now. And pray that it will not turn into another vaporware.
  19. Post deleted.
  20. I just did. And I told them that next time to make sure that all items are secured even if they're just using shrinkwrap methods. I mean, it's already shrinkwrapped but it's not even tight. They're still kind of loose. And they don't put some extra paddings on areas that has spaces or gaps just to ensure that the items will not shake or bump with each other during transit.
  21. Ghost in the Shell Tokyo Event with Scarlett Johansson, 'Beat' Takeshi, and Rupert Sanders. With great intro too by Kenji Kawai. Here's the Shelling Sequence clip shown while Kenji Kawai plays.
  22. These arrived today. Kinda frustrated that my Figuarts Iron Man box is all crumbled on the corner. I like HLJ but I don't like their shrinkwrap method. Even the books have some minor creases on the dust jacket.
