Unless they released the higher digit ones in the foreign countries. I handled at least 75 mpcs and I never found anything pass 10k for the alphas. Im not even sure if I found anything near that. I think theres a hidden inventory somewhere of these things.

Not as in I dont trust you but I usually ask friends or people I know if Im asking them for a big favor. 2. I knew there would be a limit and I knew that there would be a long line and that for doing all of that you should get it for yourself. 3. I remember a while back I wanted something you were bringing back from Japan to sell in Cali. I was the first to pm that I wanted it but you told me you wouldnt sell it to me since I didnt live by you. I think you said something like if noone wants it then maybe Ill sell it to you. After that I figured if you wouldnt ship me something to me within the US. I doubt you wouldve shipped something from Japan to me in the US. You asked why noone asked and I figured I should answer you.

For a new in box Jack I would say $100 w/o shipping is the going rate. Ive seen them go for more and a bit less.

He wasnt popular but they are hard to find. You gotta figure he had a run of 5k compared to 15k for the others. Also with toynamis great quality noone knows how many were damaged or broken right out of the box. I had one with the backpack or where the hinge is not in the slot. The pegs and pieces are all there but for some reason when they built him they didnt think to attach the backpack.

All I can say is I emailed toynami lots of times...no reply. I emailed them on all of there email addresses. No reply. If you have some kind of special email address for them please share. Broken toys out of the box with pics and nothing.

I wouldnt cancel a preorder simply because I committed to buy it at that price. If it looked like a good deal at the time it should still be a good deal. How would I feel if the company decided to cut my preorder and not sell it to me simply because of high demand. I would be pissed.

Almost the same story here as well. I loved Macross toys or Robotech toys as a kid. The closest thing I had was a couple paro valks, a jetfire, and a Masters figure...I know doesnt count. I used to draw the stuff, dream about it, even tried out the rpg. After I had a j-o-b and had some spare cash I did the ebay thing and bought lots. Now Im just refining what I have. I think the only things I really wanted were cyclones, alphas, strike valk, and g1 jetfire...all vintage of course.

Not now but they are simply the softcover artbooks which can be had cheaply except in hardcover form. Also its signed by some of the artists. Really they arent that great and the softcovers do the job. I just wanted the hc since I had one and once you got one you need the set. The Art 1 book for me was the hardest to find. Art 1 was limited to 1000 or 1200 and has a blue hc and the other two are red. I think there hard to find since many were prob. lost or not taken care of. I paid $20 for mine when I was a kid and seen them go for around $100 plus now.

Here or on ebay. They arent that hard to find. Especially if you compare it to some of the hard to find books and what not. One just sold in the mid 400 range but Im sure you can get it in the 300-350 range if your patient. I know we dont really talk about robotech but Im happy to say I found all of the hc art books finally. Those took me way longer to find than the lv1. The hc books arent that great but I bought one as a kid and always wanted the complete set.

Not to my knowledge. I know you can check out jenius webpage for more info. I dont think it was that popular so you should find it for less than 200 shipped on ebay or elsewhere. Ive seen it hit 150 shipped before.

Are you looking for the strike set or the reissue Super from the 90's. The pic you have posted is of the 90's reissue which is a super and not a strike. The strike set was made in the mid to late 80's? and looks entirely different from the pic you have posted.

The most I paid was $60 for a Japanese VF-1S joke machine in mint shape missing the gun. I thought American JM's usually sell for about $50 in great shape and Japanese ones hit a $100? Vintage prices seem to have been going up though in recent months.

Hey everyone, I saw some of the Taka GBP, Taka VF-1S super set, and Bandai Strike set. I was wondering were the sticker sheets on these bad boys uncut? As in the entire sticker sheet is basically one sheet with nothing precut? As a kid I have fond memories of my toys and Im pretty sure the technology existed to cut the stickers. I dont remember ever using a scissors or small razor to apply these things. If anybody could help me out that would be great. I guess with all the repolabels coming out I just want to make sure I got the real thing. Thanks in advance!
