what you don't like them coffee cups and saucers?? I don't know whether to be joyous or sad about Yamato talking to HG. my hate of HG wishes them the worst and I hope they are not able to put out any more products to help them survive longer...but on the other hand, I can stand to save a lot of money if HG were to import 1/48's. no, I really hope this does not go through. I can deal with less money, but to see HG go on and on when they should have died years ago...

I like the gold better...that one seems very clean and nicely done. I'll probably still do the black saints tho...need more bad guys.

got a question for you guys... if you had an extra set of 5 bronze saints(seiya, shiryu, hyoga, shun, ikki), would you want to make the Ankoku(black) Saints or make them into golden bronze saints?

yah...that's gotta suck...spending all this money only to find out later the paint's defective...

i've noticed some of the silver coming off on the helmets if they touch the face. I dont' know if this is due to heat or mold release or what...but I'm going to try to wash any new ones I get in mild soap before putting them together.

man, I need to do that, for pandora...at first I was thinking I'm not giong to get it, but these mail-aways are not going to be avail elsewhere. a board member in HK said the first batch of aphrodite is sold out! but expects some more soon. about the gold paint, instead of using gold paint, get a chrome paint, and clear yellow/orange. i think the gold saints have more that look than just gold paint. so to get the right look, first paint on the chrome, let dry, then paint on the clear and let dry. most hobby stores will carry these paints...and use water based acrylics for easy clean up with brushes.

ok, I am lookin at it during the day time and it doesn't look nearly as bad. maybe it just seems too mono chrome for me. like the other figures all had some sort of 2 tone that showed better. but definitely when you stand it next to milo, the color is noticeably darker.

1. not married but dating...which can get expensive as well. 2. not a completist in a sense where I have to buy every single macross related toy out there. but if I like a line ie 1/48 I will buy 1 of each. dont' limit myself to just macross stuff, I have a lot of spawn, ML, SW, FF and other random things. 3. i tend to have multiples of things and when I need extra cash flow, I sell them on ebay or something. I've been trying to get into trading, but the few deals I've done have always turned out bad for me ie things aren't in the condition promised etc.

finally was able to get an opener for Gemini Saga! wow, what a figure. for only $20 more than most other gold saints, you get so much more included. tho I very much like the figure, I very much dislike what they did with the color. mine is orange all around...with even more darker orange for high lights. wish it was more yellow like the other gold saints.

heh, my hands are still going, because of the delay with the recaster, I keep getting new orders. I want to stop, but you guys won't let me!

I think I'd live much happier without them...HG that is! I hate HG with a passion: shady/sub par toy deals, no proof to back up what they said, and not caring much about the fans...how do they expect to succeed with these kind of business sense.
