The big Nu Galactica kit pattern. I worked out a deal with a fine CG artist to use his computer model as a tooling pattern for the Valkyrie. When I am done with Galactica I want to move ahead with the Valkyrie stuff.

The cheapest, nicest thing is to get one of the big refill bottles of kicker and a needle bottle applicator. The spray appilcators are wastefull and really make a nasty smell. With the needle applicator you can add the single drop that is all that's needed. Little mess, no stink. Any alternative seems to really make the glue get all crunchy and blobby.

I was working at UPS here in Seattle when it was released. Thier main whearhouse is located nearby. You guys would just soil yourselves at the number of units that we would move every night for that rollout. There were dozens of truck trailers packed solid with Nintendo system cases and game cases. It was fun moving such nicely uniform boxes for a change. Never owned a Nintendo system untill DSLite came out.

There's the every simple Steel Battalion controller you could use. There's no human factors issues with that one, right?

I got it for the artwork too. But they did reference thier primary source, "Macross Perfect Memeory". I tracked one down and bought it way back in the day. '87 I think. Best $25 I ever spent.

There are supposed to be at least a dozen if not dozens of playable PS3 demos at TGS. We'll see. The only Xbox 360 game that caught my eyes was Chrome Hounds. But that will probably be trumped by AC4.

I am currently of the opinion that UPN was the demise of Star Trek. It doesn't get mentioned much the the Berman was in charge all through Nect Gen and DS9. All people talk about it how he messed up on Voyager and Enterprise. I think it's far more honest to say that having a network meddling in Trek again was the true disaster.

That's what putty is for. But they should fix that rather than make the model builder do it.

I think a little gap filling and it'll make a great GPB-1Sb. Or some variant. It at least looks Macrossy.

I say we need at least 1000 names before they will pay attention. You should spread this petition around. The Robotech forums could be fertile ground.

Don't forget that next year is Macros' 25th birthday. So there may actually be some big stuff coming from everywhere. God knows I was dissappointed that there wasn't anything for the 20th anniversary.

If your interest numbers seem low you should approach Starship Modeler or Hobbyfan about selling the rest of what you can make. I had great dealings with Hobbyfan when I did the Lancer II through them.

I say new sculpt. I get kind of antsy with the recast word. Besides I think Thorsten could do better.

It might actually be more cost effective to lump some of them into the same mold. One casting operation is cheaper than 10 as it were.
