Non linear editing is just fine. I thougt that the show might play better if they didn't tell you exactly when the flashback are happening. They should have let us figure out the proper timeline on our own. It's kind of like the narration on Blade Runner. It's put in there for those who don't care to pay close attention to what they are watching.

They are dual purpose on Valkyries and spaceborn craft. (vernier/tie-down.) Thier sole purpose for ground/atmosphere based craft are as deck tie downs. The flat top is the Hephestus. It was the ship docking with the Galactica in "Water". It was docking upside-down. The artwork was pre-production art. There are no guns on the new Galactica that look like that.

I'm sure it's not a question of time. Truth be told there isn't much difference between a closet full of models that won't get built and a self full of action figures on cards that won't get played with. Toy collectors and model collectors are exactly the same but different.
