y'know, the dubs weren't half bad for the oav, i would love it i f the movie had some dubs as well, i'd actually buy it.

I dl'd it as well, but the water isn't cool and shiny like in the pictures, even on high graphics- is there something in the options menu to turn this on, or does the demo jus not get the cool shiny water.

I got the vf-17 nightmare of that series a while ago. They are made of resin and maybe about 4 inches tall. They are in a fixed pose, which is a very cool pose btw. Obviosly, ya gotta know how to wash, prime, paint, etc. resin. And they are made by kaiyoda-- doesn't hlj have sum of dem.

I think x-play is crap, electronic playground with just adam was much better. On x-play, they are always doing that weird crap where one of the two spazzes out, and then there is silence to antogonize the idiocy (sp). edit: doh, it wasn;t called electrocic playground, that another victor and tommy thing. What was x-play before it added webb on tech tv.

the legs look pretty damn skinny, do they support the thing well? And BTW, as mentioned above, how great is the blue eva SOC. Would it be beter to go with that. Thanks for any info.

I can't complain about the detail in the CG beacuse it is very high quality. However, I really wished they'd slow things down a bit. It's like they made crappy low frame CG animation then sped it up to look more fluid. Half the time, I can't figure out what exactly is going on. I say, if you can't make animation on par with pixar (don't even speak to me about Gonzo), then you shouldn't even be trying. see, thats the thing, yukikaze has super high and smooth frame rates, and the models are absolute eye candy.

that dosn't seem bad at all. I was thinking, consoles don't have the game installed-they just play play em. I just though that loading something from a dvd drive would suck lotss of ram for some reason. Once i got my emulator, hopefully there will be something out there for a control. I know x-box already has something for the computer because the controller is usb. Would any of you know if ps2 is usb or firewire, as well. ty

Sorry if I missed a previous discussion on this, but I was considering getting one. I missed out on this one and the regular yf-21. I read graham's review in the toy section. There looks to be a few problems with it like the hands, head, and gerwalk, however he said it was only a prototype. For those who have them, can you tell me if its worth it, furthermore whats wrong with them. Its either this or a SOC eva-00.

I kinda like the look of the evas now, except 01- too many lines and cracks. BTW, all of this can be mentioned in this discussion . There is even a link there that has all those concept pictures. Hopefully, they will change how rei and asuka look.

regarding the dog-fights, I think they would look much better if they animated manually like in M+. Sure its a hell load of work, but I thought the M+ battles were cool as hell. If they are however using cg, which they are, I'd hope it would at least look like yukikaze battles. BTW, how many of you think yukikaze looks better, now I didn't say the story, characters, and such. Just the look of the dog-fights, yeknow- the aphrodesiac (sp) of aviation movies.
