  1. Never cared much for ,movie brawl, but that does look pretty good.
  2. FE Starscream is one of the best deluxe price point figures they've done. The sculpt and pose-ability make him very characterful, expressive and fun to play with. The Alt mode is basically a pretty good looking jet with a pair of spindly legs hanging out underneath, but the transformation is fun and the robot mode alone is worth the purchase.
  3. I haven't transformed my VF-171 in a while but I thought the gunpod mounted at two points.
  4. Whoever wrote that article uses incredibly stilted, awkward sentence structure and appears to be afraid of using the word 'the' too munch. It's very odd.
  5. I don't know, I think it looks fine the way it is. so far it's looking cool but I don't think I'll be able to afford it. I couldn't even bring myself to spend the money to get hercules/green giant and I like Devastator a lot more than predaking. Shockwave is looking good so far.
  6. the self-sacrifice angle is highly overated and honestly, the movie needed to end on an up note to make the both it and the whole franchise work. Personally I liked this one the best of the three, but then again I also liked TDK the least.
  7. thank you both. BTW, a figure of a Muv-Luv character that's actually wearing their pilot suit? Shocking! http://www.hlj.com/product/kbypp-498
  8. It's cheaper and easier for them to gang mold all of the clear parts on one sprew and then paint them the appropriate colors than it would be to have separate tooling for the each color. (Also, it makes inventory management easier when you only have to use 1 color of plastic vs 3~4).
  9. I'm quite sure Yamato has always used uncolored clear plastic that is then painted with translucent paint going all the way back to the 1/48's
  10. also, here's Kanu just because Unchou Kanu by Mike - drowning in plastic, on Flickr
  11. Well, here's something: Wonder Woman by Mike - drowning in plastic, on Flickr
  12. small set, but cool none the less. I think I need two; one for bulkhead and one to paint blue for Ultra Magnus. plus, it reinforces the car ass, and that's very important. http://www.tfw2005.c...ulkhead-176587/
  13. not a lot of natural light right now, I'll see what I can do.
  14. I haven't looked at pics of your figure collection in a while, you don't happen to have that Sei Shoujo, version do you? anyways... meanwhile in the land of ultra hard to get ero figures, Native has apparently looked into my brain and produced a figure based off one of my all time favorite illustrations: http://native-web.jp...0030/detail.php
  15. It feels kind of weird that I'll probably end up getting MP-13 Soundwave in hand before MP-10
  16. I'd prefer the trailer even though it's a big box that I've got nowhere to put.
  17. god dammit Daiki, why you gotta keep doing this to me... http://www.hlj.com/product/dak37148
  18. dear god. I'm in California, it's 51 degrees right now (12C) and I'm home wearing multiple layers under a blanket and complaining about how cold this house is.
  19. now if they where adult looking women with large breasts that defy gravity flashing their underwear that would be a different story. but in all seriousness, Moe and side scrolling platformer MMO's are too things I don't care for at all.
  20. Yes indeed. Can we get some figuarts Zyuranger toys please. That would make my life.
  21. I keep putting off buying one but I really want it for the same reason I bought the RD Unicorn and Banshee. I've got the MG/GFFMC which look gorgeous on the shelf but they're too big and delicate to be playable desk toys. Of course, I also bought the GFFMC and MG kit before even seeing the OVA simply because I liked the designs.
  22. I placed an order, It looks like I won't be charged until February anyways so I'll keep looking locally until then just in case (I'm just that kind of impatient and I would like to have a successful retail get). A couple odd things I've noticed as a first time amazon UK buyer: My regular US log in works on the UK site but not my prime membership or gift card balance. also, when I went through check out, the price went down to £29.16 with £4.95 shipping and 0 VAT, so my total was £34.11 ($55.35 with current exchange rate).
  23. Do they ship to the US? Not sure If I should do this or wait to see if I can snag a TRU one this week. I know certain amazon's don't ship certain items internationally (toys being a common one).
  24. That too. Of course I also want a Taurus for the same reason.
  25. I didn't realize Yahtzee did toy reviews.
