  1. Hmmm quite interesting indeed that yamato had to get a new qc guy (wonder why). Anyways this is good news for the first release os the YF-21. Glad I preordered mine as well.
  2. Sigh, the only company that had the ability to make a great Alpha/Beta fighter and they have aparently failed. Also the pricetag is alittle too much to make it worth the effort to like it.
  3. Very nice job with your setup Miriya! Also ghostkiller, that Sv-51 you got there is a thing of beauty. Cool touch with the red stars.
  4. I wait till the 25th for some reason to open my stuff, not sure why.
  5. So, Bruce has finally reached a the level of greatness only acheived by so few, staring in a movie as himself ! That is amazingly awesome. They are gonna tie a corny horror movie in there too.... HUZZAH!
  6. Yeah almost none of the 1/60 VF-1's ever were the same color white. I just use a feather duster most times to clean them.
  7. Ill put a preorder down on this with HLJ but i'll probably end up doing what I did the last time with the Sv-51. I saw a better price on ebay , ordered my Sv-51 from there and canceled my order with HLJ. I think it took 4 days to get from China/ Japan to NJ.
  8. This is too true, I love the Last Crusade since its the first one I saw but in my mind Raiders of the Lost Ark will always be the best (and truly only) Indiana Jones. Temple of Doom is a representation of what is wrong with hollywood and probably Indie 4 will be too, but that doesnt mean I wont go see it anyways. I also agree with Hurin about the fact that once Lucas had a kid, his movies changed very drastically.
  9. The Low Vis 1 has 2 things goin for it to make it cool, it's rare (and quite expensive) and its sorta based off a real aircraft paint scheme. The Low Vis 2 is a cool paint scheme in my eyes but some people just despise it. Maybe if they hadnt called it low vis 2 but .... um....... forest runway camo scheme then it would be more widely accepted. Of course yamato did go abit too far releasing the forest camo armor, is a VF-1 even able to operate with all that armor in earths gravity?
  10. Thats a nice collection you got there, very nice! Oh nice custom Yf-19 and Low Vis 1 too.
  11. Hahaha nice call . Anyways, that is a cool pose for the VF-1S.
  12. Wow, very nice look for the F-16. Only a week old huh, cool.
  13. You kids and your YF-23 fetishes, I honestly never got why that plane was so favored among so many people (I guess the futuristic design). Ah well, I at least love the design of the YF-21. Oh and Tomcat FTW !
  14. Ooh, I'm always in hopes of some company making a 1/18 F-14A or D and eventually we will see one. It will probably take a few years but we will definately see one due to the large fanbase surrounding the tomcat. Shame theres no new news on the F-4, maybe with the 1/32 scale version doing so well someone will have enough guts to stand up and make one. I wouldn't buy it but it would lead the way to the aircraft model companies making larger jets (like the F-111 and F-14).
  15. Amazing......simply amazing! It almost makes me want to cry. Fast packs look perfect and retains sleekness. Hopefully this will be Yamatos best valk ever made....EVAH! Oh, since when did the gunpods have yellow stripes on them?
  16. Wow, great job on the VF-4! Ha, almost makes me want to take up building models again.... almost .
  17. Quite boring indeed, come on....need more info and pics of the 21. MORE! Oh btw I think I had seen that picture of Sean Connery before, made my eyes burn then and still does now.

    My Double D's

A pair of the best 1/48 customs I have ever seen . Im with Big F that at first I thought it was a Hasegawa kit but upon closer inspection it turned out to be something much better. Amazing work.
  19. Yeah I remember hearing that as well. It probably ended up being canceled due to its large size and there wasn't as much of a demand to get it like other planes.
  20. Yeah I saw that as well, but Im not sure if that is an attachment point for the FB or just where the engine thing connects when it moves forward for transformation (maybe its both).
  21. Hmmm, quite interesting. Im all for the final mode with detachable arms and legs (if that is what this means) though im a little wary about things falling off.
  22. Hmm, thats kinda funny they would stick out the back like that. Yamato will probably include an optional cover peice for it, so not to interfere with perfect transformation.
  23. Yamato is who I would like to see do the vf-25 but im up for seeing what bandai can do with it, maybe it wont be so bad.
  24. Bandai definately shouldnt get the licence, Yamato has been doing great (well besides qc errors) at designing all the valks they have done so far. On a side note, the transformation of the Zeta G and the VF-1 are actually very similar, wings and tail stored on back, arms fold towards inside of body, legs become thrusters, and chest area folds up to become cockpit area (albeit most of Zetas cockpit is carried on its arm). Why cant we set aside our petty differences and just get along?
  25. Squidd, you are a genius . Quite a nice custom (though the ammo belts are a tad much).
