This is my second time. The first time, ebay refund me without me even noticing anything is wrong. I guess other buyer's issues have alerted them to the problem. This KO valk is my second time. Trying to open a case with eBay but they force me to wait till the end of the shipping arrival estimate of the fake tracking. So I started a case via PayPal. Waiting for seller response (5 days wait, and I am sure he/she will never reply).

The bar in the middle is really distracting. I know it will be hard to secure the valk but using the now purely decorative clamp to hold the valk looks much nicer. Dry tested it a bit and it seems to works ok. Only need to find a way to secure the clamp onto the top of the middle bar. I think a simple connector can be 3D printed.

Pinged Mandrake and they are checking with Japan post office for update. Good customer service. Hopefully it is just delayed and not lost.

The amazon.jp price for some of this is so attractive, I am having a hard time resisting getting into another line. They sure looks good.

I have a CF VF-1A HMR package via Mandrake that is stuck in Osaka since 19th June. I know SAL small packet can take up to 3 weeks or more, but this is worrying. I don't know what I can do. Have people contacted Mandrake for similar issue? I will probably wait another week before I do anything, since this is my second CF, I am in no hurry.

I have repaired a few cracked (some totally disintegrated) shoulder joints with this :https://www.amazon.com/Loctite-Plastics-Bonding-Activator-681925/dp/B000Y3LHXW Much better than super glue and the repaired shoulder works as per normal. Enough friction to post the arm with no looseness.

Just noticed this the other day, why Roy's ride does not have a yellow dome (?? not sure what it is) on it's back pack while all other color variant seems to have matching color on that dome. This is true for both 1/48 and 1/60 it seems. Is that from the anime?

This is really bad. As @Slave IV said, it is a small issue but it will be something that bug me. I have returned a VF-4 HMR to Amazon.jp and at the end I can't find any way to reduce the shipping cost that I feel they will be happy with and Amazon.jp end up paying over $100 for DHL shipping. That make me feel so terrible and even now I regretted not thinking quick and cancel the return. I am waiting for my base from Amazon, I really hope there will be no problem otherwise I will hard press to decide what to do.

Received one each of Hikaru and Roy. Finish and fitting is a bit less than perfect, joints are not as tight too, but not big deal. The arm armor is a bit hard to put on. Overall very nice PF look for a very good price. Getting this just for the PF looks so will not be handling this much. The biggest turn off if the head. But going to have this in either fighter or gerwalk mode to show off the PF marking, so can sort of ignore the problem with the head sculpt. Just saw this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/223551326299 For $85 shipped, I am getting two more just to practice weathering and panel-lining.

I just receive shipping/tracking info for this too. Should I be doing something? If I acknowledge this by doing nothing. Then eBay will assume that the item has really been shipped and received. That can be bad isn't it?

The only thing I find is this: https://www.dna-paints.com/shop/holographic-effects/holaspex/ Cost over $200 and will most likely be too aggressive for the canopy. Need multiple coating to provide a strong base before applying this. But the effect looks legit if not exactly the same as Yamato's version:

This got me worrying. My collection is not in a sunroom. I try to make sure that is no direct sunlight hitting any toy. But there should be plenty of reflected light from walls and the floor. I will need to step up my plan to install UV screen on all window.
