Another pic of the Imai Legioss Armo Fighter 1/72... Just for size comparsion.

Well, after almost 3 months, I finally got around to finishing these two VF-0's. I built them simultaneously. Please let me know what you think and I'll try to answer any questions might you have. Props to WmCheng for the great VF-0S buildup...master artist and craftsman! Enjoy the pics...

Devin is awesome! He's got a lot of the hard to find decals and can custom create any set in any scale as well. He's the MAN!

Honestly, I feel that Future floor wax is not as strong as others like Testor Acryl Clear gloss. I tested both using scrap plastic styrene and painted the blue then coated them with each of the above mentioned products. I then proceeded to paint on some thinned down black Tamiya acrylic. Once dried, I rubbed both coated surfaces to remove the black paint using windex. The Acryl-coated plastic resisted a slightly damp Windex tissue much better than the Future-coated. Future is cheap, applies very nicely, but for durablity it's not as great as the Acryl. That's with my experience...others have had better luck with Future. Hope that helps.

Got bored with waiting for the Alcad so I started a few kits... 2 1/72 IMAI Legioss AFC-01H Armo-Fighter's and a 1/72 YF-21. The resin cast on the YF-21 is not great. Parts were fitting poorly. It's taking way too much time to fit. I've been sanding, carving, and using lots of putty. It a kit from Hobbyfan. The kit has the fast pack and opening compartments. I'm hoping I get everything to function otherwise, I'll have to build everything closed. Anyways, enjoy the pics...

That sounds like a good idea. It would in effect allow more people to build that using any Hasegawa 1/72 F-14...significantly cutting cost!

Actually, the ones he has mounted are not Hasegawa ones. They are a bit smaller and mounted in pairs.

What Bandai kit did you source the reactor bombs from? BTW, very clean job!
