Oh no, I've got nothing against this release. But one release a year is quite thin, especially for new collectors.

I think this is it for them... non transformable HMR? I can't see any possible transformation with these proportions, unless they're just display fillers because they haven't started working on the actual intended models?

Glorious!!! Quite surprised there's still no hint of a SV-51. And I was expecting the VF-22 with this 7 batch. Also... they've stopped showing prototypes that are in limbo for a while... wonder if it's sign of permanently abandoning them?

Anyone know if these re-issues with have the cavity fillers and if they'll be bright white plastic, or that toned down broken white?

@Big s - Yeah, you right. The 19 is gonna need a major overhaul, especially the legs. But the 22 is easy conversion for Bandai.

Still curious if they'll add Basara with and without guitar. And happy this is coming soon eventhough I don't care about it, but as it will sell well, it will help getting going my only interest of Macross 7, which are Max's and fodder VF-22.

What do they mean "each part is molded in 4 colours"? Duel molded parts? Or the spurs in different colours?

I was talking in general about the Destroids they've released so far, all with pretty tiny pilotless cockpits. MKT caught what I meant😉 (But the HMR Tomahawk prototype does exist.)

After looking at the images again of all 3 modes... I think more than the nose being short, it's actually the back being over sized to compensate for the legs in plane mode. Definitely looks like Bandai prioritize transformation, then battroid, while the rest is what it is once it transforms.

I get what you saying. Bandai's picture is taken so that everything around the central point is brought out as much as possible out of perspective, making the nose look smaller than what it is. Eventhough the nose looks shorter vs Yamato's, I don't believe that magazine image is a true indication of any proportions.

Lol. No. Angle's not similar (tip of red fin touches tail in first pic while in second no where near), and... focal point completely different.
