The area behind the shoulders is too huge. You can land a helicopter on it. The 19 looks great though in this shot.

The legs come off to allow the waist swivel to work. It's optional. CAD (a design tool still needing a human to operate it)... or AI (Still uses parameters given by people)... ...cannot fix that as it's a design handicap already from the original drawings of the early 80's. There isn't much else in this scale they can do for that waist to swivel.

It's definitely a gorgeous plane the VF-11B. But I don't see Bandai succeeding in getting it's upper chest and shoulders right as a DX, cause that needs a lot of cheat parts. I do however see it as the next HG... since it allows cheat parts.

If something is posted publicly, criticism can be expected, and that's aside that the builder has gotten more deservedly praise for his hard work, but he did leave a question mark. Also, this is the Macross forums. Little inaccuracies are our specialty here, ask Yamato and Bandai. 😁

I was thinking a Millia red 0D or 0A as a exclusive to pair with the Max 0S... If the reactive armour ends up being an exclusive, it will be such a bastard move, but a move so very... ...Bandai. So you might be right.

This image is the first thing I saw when opening this thread, and for a brief moment, I believed it was announced HMR SV-51... I was so excited for some seconds, and then... sunk... into... bitter... disappointment...

I wonder how it takes them to design a HMR? A while back I came across the process of a Metel Build which is about 3 years from concept till retail.

And all this time, I thought Bandai just brought a couple of Arcadia's, scanned them, and then let the CAD specialists do the tweaks 🤣 Finally, someone else!!! I like this guy!!!

They're recent lottery scheme disagrees. If they want more money, then stop the limited exclusivity and just mass release it.
