    Thanks for uploading Toys TV HK's review up @Darth Mingus.. It looks better on Chucky as the colour blends well along with the monocle Cyclops eye and they also approved on it. Going to use the arm attachments when setting up to be on the safe side.

    Got the confirmation email and I did get it!! Payment due in 5 days. I went with EMS as shipping... Guess how much for shipping it to YVR? 4.5k yen for a 2 kg box of molded Silpheed Armour parts. Going to put it on Chucky (with mismatched numbers and colours) upon getting it and having the time to assemble it. If the Supers get made for Chuck, I'll most likely get it. Hmm... I wonder how the Silpheed Armour looks on Mirage's 31c. A quick kit bash in the making...

    Totally different paint schemes, same sticker sheets with no tampos. There's the Yammie 1/48 thread in which there is different colour schemes for the valks. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/topic/43665-i-still-like-my-148-collection-how-about-you/ The Arcadia 1/60 PE valks have added tampos on the valks and the also the DX valks as ethem as well.

    OR... Get a secondary 262 Hs and strip the valk completely and then repaint it. Nah... It's easier to get the Model kit version and then paint it to your liking (Stealth, Low Vis, Cameo, etc).

    Here's actually my thoughts after reading and voting in the tread @sqidd. The best value for the official version of Roy's 1s and the SSP set is is the Arcadia 1/60, You can try and get the Yammie V.2: however there's the problem of the cracked shoulder joints in which you can get the Shapeways replacement parts. Get the Yamato 1/60 VF-1s Roy/Hikaru set with the "+ Plus" set in which a small flashlight of the Skull emblem is included (see jenius' write up on his thread - http://anymoon.com/blog/?p=4599 ) If you like the 1/60 Skull version, then you can go one step up and get the Yamato 1/48 version. Note that the corresponding SSP pack can be purchased separately. The Low Vis variants (Weathered) of both the 1/60 and the 1/48 VF-1s are really expensive to get so make sure that you have enough funds for it! Now it's the waiting game for the pre-orders for the DX 1s Roy to drop and for sure that that most of everyone here will get their hands on a copy (or two/three/four). * The Unofficial version of both Roy's/Hikaru's 1s has been discussed on the "Grey Market VF" thread. * The other item to be noted is that Customs maybe placed on top the item that you ordered. Check out the info as per your Postal/Delivery provider and make sure that you have extra funds ready if you get nabbed.

    I actually did a 1/48 Milia with the Arcadia stand and flipped the valk around so the adapter nub is sitting behind the head. The old Yammie valk stand can be found on Manda and Amiami Should be able to as the Arcadia valk stand is actually re-enginnered from the Yammie version.

    Now you know why there's a gap on the shoulder paldron when you put on the Silpheed Armour in the Karios as the canards are totally different in size (and it was mentioned before). Edit: Just saw the review as of 12:10 am PST. Totally insane for Xaos to get the Armoured Pack and they said that they're out of funds during the course of the show. Where did they manage to get the funding for these - maybe Lady M helped them out?? Second request after Arad's Silpheed Armour on Chuck's 31e if I may and if anyone has the time: All the Armoured valks together in one shot - VF-1J with the GPB, Osma's/Alto's/Micheal's Amoured VF-25, Alto's/Maruyama's 171EX Armoured and Arad's 31s Silpheed. Panoramic/Wide angle view might be need for this one..

    Are you planning the put the Armoured Parts for Alto's 171EX on Luca's RVF-171EX @Shizuka the Cat? Make sure that you save up for your actual wedding too! It's not getting cheap anymore (the last article did read about planning the wedding banquet only is close to 40k USD).

    I actually echo on that as well as I rather have it opened and inspected for issues before I buy it. If it has dings and a few flaws here and I'm not too picky about it, then count me in. Two years ago, I picked up a 2nd hand MP Tigertracks which had paint bubbles and was slightly chipped at one of the fenders as per the description. Didn't really bug me and I picked it up for 6.5k yen while the other listing was at 8k yen (not to mention that I was actually looking for a copy at decent price). Edit: Doesn't look too bad on Arad as I might get one for Chuck's 31e instead or wait for his Supers.

    Well.. Maybe close to the actual Mirage 2000? I like the Delta winged designed valks more, possibly that they're more aggressive looking. The actual Draken J35 takes some time to get used to. Hell... I still like the Avro Arrow CF-105 as it's still a piece of Canadian Avionics history, however it got mothballed as it was too expensive and too advanced at that time when it was introduced (and yes we briefly touched on this in the New Purchases thread).

    I'm not quite sure that's the reason.. The two possible reasons why that the 262 Hs is still not going (and we mentioned in this thread before): (1) The Draken is a real pain the butt to do the transformation (way over engineered than compared to the model kit version) (2) Enemy valks don't sell well and they shelfwarm, the hero valks still get picked up Maybe two more to add (3) Butt ugly design and not aerodynamic (4) Watitng for the Elvis and the Pope Head variants (isn't time for something new?)

    I'm sure that if the 31a was done in the colours like the Chronos and the ones above, a fair chunk of us will get it . A digibash was done on the 31a with the YF-30 and Roy's/Osma's colours. I doubt that Bandai will end up doing in these colours...

    The only thing about the Karios to be re-issued is the eventual Arad 1a with the Dragon head Itasha on the back. I will eventually have to bite on the YF-30, however I think that @no3Ljm wants one with different colour combos in which was shown the game "Macross the Ride". I'm also for other colour schemes as well.

    The only semi-armoured valk was Luca's RVF-171EX or was that intentionally made as animation error?! Will Chuck's Supers come with the reaction missiles or not is the other question. The missiles was packed with Arad's valk upon release while Messer's, Hayate, and Mirage's missiles came in as a Super bundled set.

    I got my Keith for 14k yen on Amiami and then the Lil'Drakens for 13k yen on Amazon.jp. Now the prices has gone totally bonkers depending on which one you use...

    I'm actually thinking about getting the same set as well @Slave IV and @sh9000 as I have MP-13 and all the minions (first releases) although my MP Ratbat is a KO and I do have the G1 Ratbat. Looks that I have to make a trip to my local Wally Mart or get the layway department to a set for me.
