  1. Now that I finished the catgirl, too, here some pics of todays photo session:
  2. Thank you guys! And I agree it would have been cool if Aoshima had included the option to build it for display in fighter mode with a real cockpit and perhaps even with some landing gear.
  3. It took me some time but today I managed to finish the VF31-D Skuld fighter at least Perhaps I start with the VF Girl tomorrow as well when I find the time. The VF-31D is by now the eye-catcher between my two other VFG VF-31. Now Bandai, please give us a 1/60 DX version of the Skuld!!!
  4. @arbit: Great work again. Seems to run really smooth even with load. I can't wait to see this project in its final all lit up stage!
  5. When I look at mine I think those parts are unpainted plastic with matte finish. I don't know, but as the coat contains acrylates I hope it does not work like superglue. It maybe hard to remove it without damaging the surface if possible at all?!
  6. Glue seems to be an issue with the SV-51 indeed. Tried to attach the rocket under the wing and the fuselage of the rocket fell right off although I did not use much force at all. Obviously they use only very little amount of glue and even on painted surfaces again. Although I love this Valk and its looks while on display, but now I get disappointed concerning its high price with all quality issues occurring in the past weeks.
  7. Finally, after an eternity some Macross stuff came in today: Unfortunately mine SV-51 has the ankle issue, too.
  8. Got mine from NY today as well and it has this issue, too . If there'll be replacement parts, ok. But I won't send it back as for me it is only a minor fault.
  9. Hell, I want that Ozma VF-25. Where can I place my preorder?
  10. I don’t get what it is that drives people towards carrying out such cowardly acts. But unfortunately it seems to be human nature and will occur every now and then
  11. This came in today (had to release out of the fangs of customs). I decided to get a model kit of the Scopedog instead of a completed figure. But man is this box huge, not to speak of the number of parts This will be fun (at least I hope so)
  12. Wow, I like that. Especially the lighting in the cockpit. Awesome dude!
  13. Just placed my order at NY. Now I have five months to find a bigger display space for my Yamato
  14. No, in reality mine is the same color as in your pics. I took that picture with my iPhone within a LED-Photobooth and used the quick enhancement filter on it. Btw. I have to say it again Kuma, your pictures are amazing
  15. My Thunderbolt just arrived and I just can confirm everything that is said in Kuma Style's review. Besides I think it fits extremely well with the FMP Metal Build line as the Thunderbolt seems to be 1/48 scale, too.:
  16. Although it is a little bit chubby I love the design. For me the second best drone fighter after my favorite, the QF-4000.
  17. At first I thought I would build myself a V.F.G fighter squadron but now I‘ll get a Zentran sadomasochistic Valkyrie Racing team with a fetish for catgirls?! Now I wanna see this as an anime
  18. +1 I had exactly the same thought
  19. According to the pictures it seems to me the „two seater“ parts are only the plates for the foot rests in the engine compartments. The rest of the fighter seems to be just the same mold as the VF-31A
  20. Hopefully! It‘s really anoying that the gun of the VF-31 is melt to the rocket pod. And even more the part is only used in fighter
  21. As we still have to wait for the VF-25 and VF-31D I grabbed a VF-31J Anniversary during the last NY sales event. But I don't like those Macross Anniversary color schemes and the color schemes in the VF-31 Master File book are all white or light grey - A little bit boring. So I went for a scheme from the VF25 Master File: Underside all black and upper side dark gray. #did some quick shots but unfortunately the color contrast between black and grey is hard to notice due to LED lighting. In day light it looks just like shown in the book . Was again fun to build, both fighter and girl . Can't wait for the next VFG releases, going for a full VFG squadron at least.

Exactly. In the beginning the Marauder always has been my favorite mech, but I never got hands on a big model matching my Madcat. But thanks to FASA "stealing" it over from Macross the HM-R Glaug now can serve for Macross as well as for BT. Of course Macross always will be top priority that's why I put the U.N.Spacy logo on the Madcat.
