I knew I should have bid on that one, I have been looking for an Ogroid with the amber canopy for a while now. Nice auction. To stay on topic, I would definitely consider a Yamato Orgriod, provided it had a reasonable amount of diecast, similar to the original. But given the unique design I would probably be suckered into at least picking up the first version out of curiosity.

I believe that it is an animation anomaly. Its a single seater, so I would have to guess its just a fighter with an odd head. Check the other animation section and the MPC thread for more info.

These all look great. I personally like the Mikimoto version or version #4 with the MW logo and the VF1S on top.

I think he meant fifth in the alternators line. Although I thought I read a 5th generation corvette as well.

This line is shaping up nicely, I really like the look of car and robot modes. Has anyone heard about the corvette alternator (I saw something about it), undoubtably it would be Tracks. The Hound prototype has made it to ebay. Hound Proto

I am a little late on the bandwagon, but I just received it. By far and away, my favorite toy of the past year. I was happy to see the MP-1 for myself, there must be more planned. I hope this line does not die with Optimus.

Its mostly 6.25 (matinee and student/work discount) and 8.50 (adult) in both Detroit and Indianapolis.

I don't know how cost effective it is, but I did the same with a Roy 1S and Max 1A. Switching the heads is pretty easy, as is switching out the wings (to replace the 001 onto Max's 1S).

I hope that they are a decent, original sculpt, reasonably priced. But my hopes and reality, at least in this instance, will probably never line up. I would love to praise Toynami for its masterpiece line, but so far it has been a disappointment. Somehow I doubt that Voltron is going to turn it all around.

I didn't really even know the Takas existed as a kid. So collecting valkyries, especially the 1/55 reissues was my focus. Then Yamato came around...somehow I have found the strength to part with my 1/60 collection (although I really am hoping for 1/48 GBP so I don't have to break the trend). But now it has gotten way out of hand.
