Then there's the question of if we'll ever see VT-1/VE-1/VF-1D two-seater variants. Or Bandai could make the fandom explode by doing a TWE Alaska Base version in green.

The hands are better, but the elbows look terrible. 90degree max bend and no double-joint is going to severely impare the ability to pose. -
I can't tell if the engines are over-wing or around-wing.

Interesting, are they planning to send an entire replacement leg? Replacing the foot itself isn’t too bad, but the screws aren’t technically properly accessible to do so.

It's weird how the aftermarket prices of the VF-31 series are shaking out. 31A: ¥65000 31F: ¥19000 31J: ¥25000 31J Kai: ¥33000 31S: ¥45000 31C: ¥35000 31E: Still near MSRP, as recent release.

I'm always in for new VF designs. If it's unmanned, it'll be interesting to see if he does anything weird with the battroid/gerwalk forms, like not having a head for instance.

Thanks, there's a benefit to being massively over-illuminated. That table has about 200watts equivalent of lighting directly overhead.

After opening up my Max 1A, gotta say the colors are much nicer in person. The body is a light grey, and the blue is nice and vibrant.

You probably need to sand them around the edges and corners.

I'm in for one, the HMR VF-4 is pretty solid, and (even non-cannon) I like the Roy paint scheme.

Contacted CDJapan again, mentioned other retailers have contacted Arcadia about sourcing replacement parts, offered to pay international shipping if they could source some. So far silence, I think I'm on my own here. Probably will not be buying any more high-ticket items with them unless there are no other alternatives.

I use a Capitol One "travel" card. Works well, but they're a PITA if you have to cancel/re-issue the card due to fraud. Took me too long to get my new card and I had to put a couple orders on my other card that does charge foreign transaction fees.

If I hadn't just dumped $400 on DX VF-1As... Some day I want a Maruyama, but it'll have to wait for a hole in the release schedule.

FYI shows as ¥22,400 until you set the shipping address during checkout, as the tax is included until that point. [edit] Mildly annoyed that mine from AJ ended up like $15 more, since I ordered it a few days ago. Well, I can hope this means the scalpers are getting burned a little and they'll be less on top of the 1S release.

Given the prices of the Queadluuns and Desdroids on the secondary market, I'm going to say it would be a bad idea for Arcadia to re-issue them.
