I enjoyed seeing that at the con.

Here's another story. After finding the place Saturday we made a booze/chips run all in our own vehicles in probably a borderline dangerous formation to the grocery store. I rented this PT Cruiser and am either following GTA's truck or Mechatek's UN Spacy logo on his aft window. Roll right up on GTA's bumper, I don't think this pic does justice, it was only a mm away from his and not connection was made. Maybe his pic came out better.

And don't give him any caffeine or movie tickets(see his car pic). But yeah we went to see Dark Knight in MEMO1DOMION's old van, hilarity ensued, and at the end people were wanting food. So we hit up this Denny's off I-5 I think, and waas dissapointed they don't have biscuits and gravy on the menu(an earfull I was giving the rest of those guys eariler.) But I was able to get them to make me a plate, then I see Tommy walk up and recognize and I'm like "OK wtf were you following us?" because he was talking about Dark Knight. Appartly him and MEMO1DOMION have had a professional/personal relationship and he text'd him to stop by. So yeah he saw how awesome they did my biscuits and gravy and got some too and we just talked. He was afraid we thought he was the AntiChrist and I just offered to introduce him to my brother if he wanted a baseline on that. But he seems like a decent guy. Here's a pic of us around the table.

It was pineapple. I got pics, is there going to be a story thread? I got a few of those which are moderately amusing, but I don't know if I'll have the pics here with the stories or separate or what. I'll load up a few if I got any unique ones when I get some time.

Well it looks like you're already gone for some time, and I'mgoing to be gone for about a week starting Friday, so don't our planning schedules work out awesome! Oh well it won't mean that I can't go if I don't hook up with a group, as I found out it shouldn't be to tricky to rent a car, but we can still split expenses if it can be discussed at the last minute. Anyone in the area can PM me if they want to set something up if and when I'm around.

Yeah it came out for the PS2 awhile ago, and it was great. The "walking stick" was pretty cheap, but then when Max and Focker pop out and say something I can only guess "Hey guy we'll cover you take it out!"...it was wonderfull...

That guy's Higlander review is awesome. Reminds me of another reason why I don't like the idea of a remake - no Clancy Brown = not a good Highlander.

As stated many times on this board Highlander's one of those things that should never be remade. Though it was limited by budget everything came together perfectly.

Just remember, these people want MORE money to steal ideas. I say let them starve. This thread is a good idea. Though the shear amount of angst could destroy MW it's good to have it all in one place.

Well if you've visited Starmen.net in the last year, you know NOA hates Mother . It's sad though, I have been waiting for a remake other than that crappy PS1 version, but the once decent Square can only do "remakes" now instead of make good "new" games.

I think the ape thing was great though. Venture leaving Billy literally to the wolves was great. (They can smell fear/Can they smell urine?/That's like liquid fear!) Was that "ghost" in the Order of the Triad pic the kid he lost then regrew? Yeah they add questions, but they need to keep the story going. Better than all the backstory episodes, which are good once and a while but can get old.

But we know that Luca's one weakness is chicks with big boobs. If they're having it out in the same room he'll fold.

There hasn't been a sadder day for a Zentran-fan since that extra episode in Macross7, though I admit I have watched this one several times just for laughs. The SDF-1 was distroyed, in a little show called Robotech, but in Macross it should be fine(though I forget if it's dead in the VFX-game line). Are we officially calling this one the WTF-1? I think this had more to do with the Protoculture artifact, the ship suddenly showing up that is. I wonder if Grace is really supplying bad people with personal info - maybe she has a trojan.

To go off-topic, now you have people saying Frontier's depending too much on the originals. Don't want that to happen to Galactica do you? At least you can claim some difference between the original if you don't like it (still never got to Earth though ) I think I and others just want to be able to disown this from Macross even if it's good.

That isn't true, though for a number of people it is. Nintendo is given respect from people who don't even like them when, offered whatever it took to have them absorbed into Microsoft, they just laughted in their faces.
