    I don't promote genocide, I'm ok for a culling though. Genocide is for the eventual elimination of a group, which is wrong. Culling on the other hand can trim the fat and make for a strong whole, just that humans have gotten to resistant to natural means so.... But yes good work there @kajnrig

    Nope. It's not so much about the amount of resources as the allocation of said resources. As for making it worse, by doubling the resources you only teach the lesson of waste, since if you need more it will magically appear later if you pray hard enough (ie contact thanos). By dropping the populace this works better in getting the populace into thinking about resource usage and life in general. Course it can back-fire, but in those cases there less to use resources and therefor the back-fire would have minimal effect. The flaw here is that he didn't send a message with the event, like warning those that survived that they have a chance to be better or else (Sodom and Gamora anyone?).

    I enjoyed DP2 waaaay more then IW, but that's because IW is literatly a thrid re-hash of the original Avengers. DP2 was as funny as the original. Even the ending was great. Though...

    Actually doubling the resources makes the problem Thanos was trying to solve worse. While in the comics his reason for wiping half the life in the galaxy is clearer, this in the movie it wasn't until you you sit and think hard on it. In the end, he has a very good point and did what needed to be done.

    Personally didn't care what race/gender/species Rose was, her character was a waste of space. Seriously, Finn and Poe going off on an adventure would have been wild and better then what we got and before you say that would have dropped Poe's interaction with Holdo, good. At that point it would have made what she did make sense since then she doesn't have to hide what should have been told to the command staff, Poe included.

    Well looks like I have something new to add to my growing wishlist on Shapeways. I assume you'll include a list of the needed parts for assembly (ie the screws and rods) when the model hits the store?

    Pretty much what she said, the songs were unlocked at a rate of 1 per 2 levels, generally the even numbered ones, but not sure if that has changed since I'm well above the curve. Last song to be added was 0 G Love and is worth trying on very hard if you can.

    I'm holding off on my next buy until the armoured version is released, don't care if it's with a S or A or which ever. In the end it's going to my 31C then I'll look for a super for which ever the armoured was, plus a sound pack from shapeways.

    Honestly I'm only going to see Solo because it's a family outing. Otherwise I'd skip it completely until it hit netflix and even then unless it really wow'ed me I'd 1 star it. Still might. But please speak with your wallet always.

    So in just macross toys I've spent... $1700, a thrid of that just this year. Now the biggest money sink I have is my warhammer hobby, which is insurered for... $40K and by calculations that is maybe 60% of the retail value. But that is 20 years of collecting with over a dozen armies of various sizes. My house who's basement all that is stored in is valued at just $72K. I'm not even done spending as I tend to drop ~$100 a month on that hobby, more if it's an army I like (waits for the storm of the new Imperial Knights release). So yeah, hobbies are expensive, but as long as you have a roof over your head, food in your belly , clothes on your back and your bills (mostly) paid then spend what you want.

    Dubbing has been good, not amazing, but good. Not worth double dipping, but worth a single dip if you can get the dual language versions.

    So updating the list, I kind of broke away from my local group's watching to go paint. They are going through: Monday - Megalobox and Golden Koury Thrusday - SAOA, Darling in the Franxx, MHA, and something I can't remember. Personally I'm lock into the following: Monday - LOGH (Dub) Tuesday - LOGH (Sub) Wednesday - Yamato 2202 (dub) Plus I started on Girl's Last Tour when it hit HiDive along with an odd find, Valarian and Luarine: Time Jam. Seems back in '08 there was a animated series based on the comics. Looks like Totally Spies art style, but it's watchable and added to my curiousity list. Also going back thru Heavy Object and Count of Monti Cristo while painting.

    Yeah, it's not a complete upgrade of the original, but it is far from a bad reboot. I just hope they keep the current pacing and don't rush things. That is my biggest worry. On the flip side the dub is doing pretty good so far.

    We'll get more of Reinhard in ep8, while the back and forth of the first few eps made sense in the build up, now we are getting into the series proper and it follows a bit of a mini-arc system. I also hope the english voice actress for Jessica nails the memorial speech, the japanese one did and it was beautiful. On her fate.

    Burn out is a thing, also the game is decently popular so unless your really good and have good plates your going place lower in the events just due to the larger player pool. Best thing to remember is to have fun and if your not that a break is fine, worst case if your a collector (like myself) just do enough for the valk/costumes you want and relax afterwards.

    Yup, I just took the basic UNS race, later I'm going to edit it to use the Feddie ships. I only got a few hrs in and none of the special techs/buildings. My only complaint right now is the non-uniform sized portraits.

    Actually Civil War was Marvel's version of BvS, which why they copied that film I'll never understand. Only thing the Civil War movie took from the comic series was the name. As for Dis-assembled I'll have to double check but it's been so long since I read it I believe your right.

    Thing is they already did the dis-Assembled story, they just called it Civil War.

    I'm currently in a game using the Gundam mod.... I wonder if I can use the ship look from the gundam mod with this tech/species mod... Will try when I get home.
