I see colored plastic turn yellow all the time. The blue plastic will turn green ect.......If you want to keep your valks in showroom condition, you do need to baby them. Definatly keep them out of sun light. Thanks for the heads up Skull-1.

if optimus is like laser optimus, then the flaming truck in the other pics may possibly be optimus. Laser optimus is like Transformer RID Scourge. This could be good or bad. I like the way scourge looks, but please get rid of the flames.

yeah, I was just thinking the same thing. They will milk us for all they can. Ill buy them anyway as long as I like the paint scheme. Even if the paint is not relative to the show. Same with the Yamato 1/48s.

I have all the knock offs and I have not seen a complete computron. Just parts in different sets.

Im buying star scream and every other MP seeker that comes out. Regardless of minor changes. This is going to be a badass toy, no matter how inacurate some of the minor details may be.

just buy one off ebay or a member from here. Why mess up a good valk when there is plenty of mucked up valks you can buy cheap.

same here, the fact its not a cab over truck does not bother me, but the flames are just too:"pimp my ride". Optimus is supposed to be a robot in disguise, not a robot with a (hey, look at me paint job). I would have preferred a more industrial look to Optimus. OMG, I can see it already, Optimus with a pimp paint job and a voice with a lisp.

I do the same thing. If my item comes with stickers a-la crap, I just take them off. Peeling or ripped and worn stickers make the item look bad. Thats one of the worst elements for me on vintage toys next to yellowing and major paint chipping.

I've been waiting nearly 20 years for this, I could give a shi* less how ung1 the transformation is, all that matters to me is that... its an F-15 robot mode definitely based on the g1 design fully articulated! hey, I totally noticed that poster. I didn't realize it was canvas though. I was going to ask if it was for sale, but there was no way that was going to fit in my car. There was also so much stuff to look at. I know for you MWcon regulars, this was all stuff you seen before, but for me it was macross overload. Seeing the customs first hand and not through pictures gives you much more appreciation for them. There was a lot more people that came than I was expecting. I would have been more social but I didn't sleep at all the night before and I was a little on the tired side. I had a good time and it was great to finally meet most of you that I only knew by MW handles. Ill definatly be back next year. This time with my own customs and if there will be another poker tourney, Ill try and make that also. Be prepared!

That shot is very realistic. If somebody weathered that up real good, you would not be able to tell that was a toy. As is, If I did not know better, I would not supect that was a toy.

Those cases are nice. They look pretty simple to make. I could probably copy them in a wood shop. Hmmmmm.
