    Okay... 14 episodes into this series (been binging this since 8 am with a break for lunch), and yup... ... "Kill 'em all" definitely fits Tomino. On that note though, I saw the following part in episode 16 (spoilered because it's pretty dark): Going to watch a few more today and then pick up tomorrow when I can, if I can stand seeing more of this. I may bail out on it.

    Got it. If you have a set of needle files, you should be able to smooth those seams out with some careful filing.

    Thanks @MechTech and @sketchley; that would help explain a lot of things! With that resolved, I'll just do what I can and fudge what needs to be fudged. Meantime, I need two 1/32 scale pilots for this; I'd rather just get a pair to modify than scratch them up ( hands and eyesight aren't what they used to me), but most now are way too expensive for me. Last time I tried this was quite a few years ago, and even then scratching them up was a pain and they didn't come out very well. Would anyone happen to have any spares?

    OK, I understand now. Epoxy is going to be far too brittle and won't hold that, while Gorilla glue simply won't have much to hang onto there. Try the Permatex Plastic Welder, and see about putting some behind the broken part in the space in there. I would try lightly sanding it to give the adhesive some "tooth" to cling onto when you glue it.

    I gathered that; the issue I'm having is that Santini's console that you can see between the seats looks wider than the space I have between the seats on my model. It may just be me, but I want to get this to where it doesn't look like Santini is trying to do EDCC duties on a Tetris screen! lol

    Yeah, but on the show, there's this: As you can see in a couple of the pics, the space between the seats is a bit wider than I have in the model. And the info I have is that they used a Bell 222 body to shoot the internal scenes: (Andrew Probert, Airwolf Designer, sitting on the deck of the "Stage Lady") Maybe I'm estimating it wrong or something...I just want to get this one right. It's the dream of a lifetime.

    there's that! On that note: UPDATE: Got the seats scratched up and fitted in. Even following the plans, they look a little tight together (too close) as compared to the show. But I scaled them, and I only have so much room to work with. I doubt though folks will be looking too closely. At least she has a cockpit now; On now to the EDCC.... Stay tuned...

    UPDATE: working on the Pilot/ Co-Pilot Flight Console: With main body on: Once I have this sorted out, then I can begin the front seats and the figures of Hawk and Santini, as well as whatever will be seen of the EEDC (where Santini sits in back). Then I have to sort out making the canopy (oh, joy. ). Stay tuned... Airwolf will be back in a moment (or several)...
