Any one else having issues with securing the YF-19 to the stand mounting clip? Have had it on display in Gerwalk for the past months and noticed it's tilted on me... front right tab just doesn't want to secure it so it tilts backwards on the Arcadia VF-1S stand... Tried spreading the weight but may as well tie a cement block on the front to even it out

Got my hands on the YF-19 last night after leaving it in HLJ warehouse. Love it, massive model compared to the VF-1S, very impressive piece. Have one or two issues with it though and that's the right shoulder rotating joint, fairly loose. To the point where holding the gunpod it causes it to droop. The other is where the diecast hip bars are, the plastic they connect too almost looks like it'll split apart here at some point if the pressure is too much?? Anyone disassembled it yet or know how to tighten that joint up without too much tearing down? Have it sitting proud on the VF-1 arcadia stand, to avoid the floppy ankles

Have mine ordered through HLJ there so waiting to see. I've save very little on the combined shipping through the private warehouse few big orders, but it's just been handy to organise deliveries when I'm abroad.

So strong I was physically shaking trying to get the knee and foot to extend!! Bloody heck it was stiff!! A rewarding click though once it pops into place. I was mainly worried about those smaller pieces like the fins on the legs and the backpack, when my hands were all over the place trying to get a grip on things to extend everything. The double joint on the backpack would not bend what so ever causing the backpack to split a bit which worried me! Had to sneak a small flat head in there to try and pry it free! Need a rest from transforming it so it'll stay in battroid for a while lol I'm worn out

After getting mine in the door there from HKCollectibles ... my god it was worth waiting for! Solid looking Valk! The stand could probably hold my weight, would be nice in a solid color like white. Years of watching you lads with the Yamato 1/48s and then the 1/60s I'm glad I've finally picked up one! I'm handling it as if it was fragile so far managed to gently pop open the landing gear doors! Looking forward to giving the transformation a whack later... maybe not in the manor Mr-K attacks the VF-1

Some very well done models in here lads, still reading through the thread. Picked up an Aoshima Garland model kit 2 weeks back, never built a model so gathering some inspiration from here and some gundam builds, hoping to gather building supplies before the dust gathers on the kit. Fancy having a crack airbrushing it along with some poly cap mods I've seen done to the kit.

There would be a serious amount of folding/splitting elements in the inner leg or the wing it seems, and for the size of it maybe that would be better kept for a larger scale? The compromise from Arcardia still looks ace.

Maybe I'll see how I get on with the VF-1 and YF-19 Think getting my hands on this VF-1 after all these years putting of a purchase *might* cure my mecha hankering for a while. For the price compared to some of the V2s up for sale seems the best bang for buck for me. If Arcadia end up releasing a strike pack down the line for this they should just take my money now!

Just after giving into the pictures and threads on this VF-1 and placed my preorder. Between this and the YF-19 I've been hooked! Even the Isamu VF-29 is growing on me
