    Bored and watched Ad Astra on HBOMax last night. Drab and humorless. The kind of movie I'd watch on a international flight (if we still flew) and never watch again. I bet Brad Pitt and the director in their small minds thought it was a smart film.

    My wife explained to me the series is based on romance novels, hence is soap opera cheese, and I looked it up on Wiki there is 9 books... Frak! Can't wait till we finish this season and we can move onto something a lot more manly, lol.

    Watching Bridgerton with the wife on Netflix. Ugh and thankfully its just 8 episodes. I guess I owe her for watching Raised by Wolves with me, lol.

    The white supremacy wokeness was a little over the top, agreed which is typical HBO, but tuned it out to enjoy the rest of it. On a side note Trent Reznor should do the soundtrack for the next BATMAN film.

    Well.., yeah! Some of his best work was in David Lynch's Wild at Heart. Bought it on blu-ray last year as its not streaming anywhere!

    Went old school and watched The Last Unicorn on HBO MAX with my six year daughter, she loved it! I remember talk of a live action remake more than fifteen years ago but sadly that went nowhere.

    Good third season. The nostalgia holds but dang the series makes me feel old (I'm 47), lol.

    Finished watching the series last night. Really good, way better than expected, with a great soundtrack by Trent Reznor.

    I may be in the minority about 2020 but it was the best year of my life. I quit gaming last March and that gave me back time to improve my own health and relationship with my family Wife and I made financial and lifestyle changes that strengthened our marriage greatly and I love her more now than ever before Our children are growing strong and healthy. And our aging pets are still here with us. It can always be worse but it can always be better too Happy New Year's!!

    Don't forget low maintenance which pretty much sums up the women in my life including my wonderful wife. Except I do all the cooking, lol. Dawn Wells was cute!!

    Bryce and Deborah are both competent directors. Like I said before, hiring Patty Jenkins to direct Rogue Squadron stinks of Kathleen Kennedy's doing.

    Watched it with the wife and the film was disappointing. Weak villains and plot line. Not terrible but not worth a second viewing. It's the equivalent of Iron Man 2.
